NEW AGE CONTAINER SVC

I called this company to rent a dumpster. I spoke with Bill, the owner of the company. He told me that I could rent the dumpster for $275.00 for up to three weeks without being charged anymore money. He told me to call when I needed the dumpster picked up and emptied. Bill dropped off the dumpster and came in the middle of the night, 4am, 6 days later without any notice and picked up an empty dumpster. They did not respond back to any of my calls for three days. Bill was not couragous enough to return my call, he had his wife return my call. They lied to me about the length of time I was able to rent the dumpster along with charging me the $75.00 landfill fee to empty the EMPTY dumpster. These people are 100% dishonest with their business dealings. I would go with any other dumpster rental company in the Scranton/Honesdale area. If I could give you any advice, get EVERYTHING in writing. Bill's dumpster rental is cheap, but his word, integrity, and honor is cheaper!!!
