I am not happy with their service.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was broken and contacted Sears. It took them thirteen days for them to come and fix it. I even have a service contract with them and they are still not able to come out sooner. I called them last week about my range and I am still waiting for them to come out. I have my central air, range, and refrigerator service on a contract with them.

They were very, very nice. The guy came right out and he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He had a computer with him. We were real happy with him. He said it would take 5 or 6 days for the part to come in. He came the very next day after the part was delivered to our house. He was very nice and professional. He cleaned up after himself which we really, really liked. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Sears to fix our dryer. They had to order a timer. The dryer was only 8 years old.

I subscribed to Sears Home TV Insurance when I purchased my Sony TV in 2002. Recently TV audio and visual quality deteriorated and cable service was ruled out as source. Sears TV Insurance Service was called @ 1-800-4 My Home. A service man was scheduled for Monday, Nov. 5th between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Sears Serviceman David (Last name unknown) called at about 9:00 am to advise that he would arrive at my home in about one hour. David arrived about one hour later. Diagnosed TV problem as a bad input switch. Replaced TV input switch and made adjustments to several audio and video processes from TV screen menu. Additionally explained some unknown features of my Sony TV and reset TV back to original position. Service call and repair labor and parts was covered under terms of Sears Home Insurance. Serviceman David explained that with out insurance the service call with required parts and labor would have cost $227. Very satisfied with improved TV picture and sound improvement.
Description of Work: Nov 5th TV was checked out and diagnosed as input switch. Input switch was replaced TV adjusted as necessary
