 + -1 moreI did not use Ruth Scherer Flooring. Using their website contact form, I asked if they carried a certain type of flooring that I was considering for my kitchen. I never received a response, thus the reason for "Fs" in professionalism and responsiveness.

 + -1 moreTHE STORE ROOM STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE INSTALLATION STAFF WERE ON TIME BUT NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THEIR BANTER WITH ONE ANOTHER SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT IN THE VAN OR THEY SHOULD HAVE RECOGNIZED THAT IT WAS NOT WORTHY OF BEING USED IN EARSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER, (EXCHANGE OF FOUL LANGUAGE AS WELL AS COMPLAINING ABOUT PREVIOUS CUSTOMER INSTALLATION ISSUES). THE INSTALLATION STAFF SHOULD ALSO TAKE MORE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED BEFORE LEAVING. THIS STAFF DAMAGED A STEP AND NEVER BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. AS FOR RUTH, I HAD BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION THAT THE INSTALLATION CREW HAD DAMAGED A WOOD STEP (THERE WAS A GOUGE IN THE WOOD). THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP OR WORDS OF APOLOGY. THUS, IT IS MY PROBLEM TO FIX.

 + -1 moreTHE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH IN THE SELECTION OF NEW CARPETING. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP WHEN THEY LEFT. THE WORK WAS WELL DONE.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW CARPETING IN LIVING ROOM AND ON STAIRS. CUT AND BOUND THE OLD CARPET FOR USE IN A BEDROOM.
