Revival Contracting

The contractor abandoned the project. He repaired the wall and ceiling but the ceiling still needs a texture coat to complete the project. He quoted an additional $70 to complete the texture, which I believe is contrary to Angi policy. In any case he was to complete it August 2nd. He did not appear and when I tried to call him his voicemail was full and not taking messages. I did not hear from him by today, August 18th so I again tried to call and his voicemail again was full and not taking messages. I attempted to email him at the email address he gave (I double checked for accuracy) and it was returned as undeliverable. He has no address on his business card and his web address is unknown to google. I think Angi should suspend him until he provides bona fide contact information and also completes this job.
