Scott and Don from Price arrived on time each day; they fully explained what was to be done and worked hard each day. They cleaned up each day and were always polite and readily took time to answer questions. The work performed is very professional and clean, all electrical issues I had with this house are now corrected. I have worked with various contractors over the years, however, Price is by far the BEST I have ever worked with. Whatever the highest rating is these guys get that with a PLUS. I highly recommend Price Electric to anyone needing or wanting electrical work done.

I needed to have some miscellaneous electrical work completed for the sale of my home. I called several different companies for quotes, but Pricelight was the only one that actually came to my home to review the work and provide a quote. Paul and his team were extremely responsive, professional, and courteous. They worked around a baby, movers, and between two locations (our old and new home). The best and most professional experience I ever had with a contractor. I did receive a lower quote from another highly-reviewed company, but since it was just a verbal quote over the phone, I am not positive it would have held. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pricelight and hire them again for future electrical needs.

I think it was good. I think the price was good. I was kind of hoping that the lights they installed would go dimmer. They were responsive and came when they said they were going to come. I'm on the fence if we would use them again. They were here in the fall. I think they charged us a little bit above, I can't remember.

When we were first looking for an electrician, we called a few to give us quotes. Some never returned calls, some came, but never provided a quote. Pricelight was one of 2 who actually came when they said and provided an estimate for services. Price Light's estimate was comparable to the other quote, but Paul seemed like a genuinely nice guy and they could start the work soon so my husband decided we would go with them. Scott was the electrician who did most of the work, while Bob did the sub panel work. Scott was always prompt, fitting us in when his schedule allowed. He was always so polite and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was also willing to take on other work I asked for that wasn't in the original contract. We have a few more items we'd like to have done and will be calling them soon.

A leaking water pipe had damaged my styrofoam ceiling. I discovered that there was an electrical box that needed to be installed to get my lights up to electrical standards. He did a great job in correcting the problem and even helped me fix another problem with getting better access to my water shut off valve which was also in the ceiling. He was very courteous and polite.

The overall experience was good. They were on time and everything went well. They were very overpriced though. They were on the phone 2 or 3 times for about 15 minutes each. I don't know why they were on the phone for 15 minutes to give me a price. At the end of the job, he wasn't going to give me a receipt. I found that very odd. It wasn't a company issued receipt. I had to ask for the receipt. That's why I gave them a 'C' on Professionalism. I would hire them again if the cost wasn't so high. I believe the travel time was hidden in the price. Also, the time spent on the phone was a minor issue as well.

We have an older house built in 1940 with the original wiring upstairs in the bedrooms. We had one circuit which included 2 outlets and one light stop working. Pricelight isolated the non working feed wires in one of the outlet boxes and ran new power to the circuit from a different supply source. There were some difficulties coming up with a solution at first as can often happen with older homes/existing construction. If you find yourself in need of a similar repair I would recommend that you specifically request Bob. He is super experienced, professional and worked very efficiently. Overall good experience.

It went extremely well right from the beginning. Paul, the owner, came to the house we were purchasing to give an estimate for the project. He was on-time and actually thanked me for calling him and for the opportunity to earn my business! He came on a Friday at 3 pm & I had the estimate by Monday at 11 am. His estimate was a better price and more inclusive (patching and inspection included) than the others, and he provided proof that his company carried sufficient insurance. Additionally, I wanted to schedule the project to begin the day after closing & have the project completed ASAP; he accommodated both of those requests, and said they always work a job through to the end. Paul's electricians were very nice, professional, and extremely clean. They put down drop-cloths and wore booties where necessary and vacuumed every day. There was never a mess. We were very pleased, and asked them to add two additional fixtures, and to do additional plaster patching throughout the house, which they did for a reasonable additional price. Throughout the project, I was able to communicate questions & requests to Paul via email and always received quick responses. The electricians were there every day consecutively (nearly two weeks) until the project was finished and inspected. Old houses can present challenges and Paul's team met them with creativity and tenacity. We are very pleased, and have scheduled an additional project for next month to extend electricity to the detached garage.

It went very well. Paul and his crew were very prompt in making repairs. Even though he expressed he was backed up about 2 weeks out, but was still able to not only make the deadline, but finish a whole week early. They did an exceptional job, and now I'm going to be able to sell my house with no issues. Very professional, very friendly. A trustworthy contractor! Great job, guys! Thanks for everything!

Called back on a holiday (not very typical) and was here the next day for an estimate. They were prompt, clean, and courteous. I work from home and they were very accommodating letting us know every time the power would be shut off and turned back on. They consulted with us each step of the way to ensure the fans were installed exactly how we wanted, and that we would be happy with the end result. They even left the instruction manual out for each of the fans for us and took out all of the rest of the packaging and trash. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I called to schedule and Paul was to get back to me by Thursday to let me know if he could come on Friday. Paul forgot to call until the following week and we scheduled then. Jeff and Scott showed up on time. They were having a hard time figuring out where to bring up the wires and whilst I very much appreciated their care in not drilling unnecessary holes in our floor, I was getting antsy as they were not making ANY progress 45 minutes later ... so I chimed in and suggested that they cut the holes in the wall so they could see the light from above in the basement ... they did and that worked and were gracious in taking the suggestion. Then they made good progress. They got my wires for cable and electric installed nicely. They did not have new boxes, nor matching outlets on their truck (and neither did we) so they put in some old recycled stuff that looks a bit rough ... does not match and not nicely flat and clean on wall ... but at least the hard part is done and we can easily replace them when we get a chance. They did not get to my little garage project but said Paul would get me an estimate. They did a little clean up but really were out of time and I told them I would finish up. And off Jeff went upstairs with his vacuum and other tools ... I guess they assumed that they were coming back to do the other job because we got a message saying that he forgot their vacuum in the garage and sure enough it was there hiding behind another project were were working on. It took a couple of days for them to get back for their machine and we refused to leave it out in the rain so I guess they were a bit annoyed that we could not just reschedule our other commitments and meet them when it was convenient for them. LOL, Apparently they came when we were working on another project in the basement ... the dogs were barking but we just assumed that they were lonely ... NOT, Paul said he had pounded on the door for a while .... that is what a door bell is for!! That we can hear in the basement.. The Pricelight estimate for the garage work was too high for us to consider and we had someone else finish the job. That guy worked fast and efficiently with a professional looking outcome, and we will be calling him in the future. He even took the time to explain exactly what I need to tell them at Home Depot to get a part that would work to finish up!! And he was in and out in 42 minutes flat ... less than the no progress fishing expedition time.

Pricelight was prompt and immediate to my online purchase. We agreed to a date. They called the day of the visit. They arrived on time and were very attentive to my request. Within two hours they replaced the noted outlets and evaluated/explained my switch issues. I will undoubtedly use them for a future project to replace and outside entry luminar.

Scott and Jeff were very clean cut, courteous, professional, knowledgable, careful and detail-oriented. They made sure all items I asked to be fixed were done with excellence. They were very conscientious. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys were awesome. They showed up when they said they would, then worked together to quickly to complete all of the projects that I had lined up. They installed 3 light fixtures, replaced 2 light switches, replaced one indoor GFCI outlet and then did some troubleshooting on an outdoor outlet that has a very weird electrical setup in a little over an hour. They also pointed out and fixed a couple of safety issues with one of the light switches and an outdoor outlet. I would absolutely hire Pricelight for any electrical work that I needed. Highly recommended.

It went very well. Jeff and Scott arrived on time, were very courteous, efficient, and more importantly for me, they respected my input, offered suggestions and completed the job as instructed. Also, the price was comparable. I would definitely use Price Light again..

All went well. The outlet box required some creative planning to make certain that custom painted walls were not damaged. The two service men were up to the task. Both were very polite and professional. I would use Price Light Electrical in the future for electrical service work. Although the contractor came later than the scheduled time, they did get back with me to keep me updated.

Everything went well with the repair. Electrician arrived a few hours late due to an emergency job. Electrician was informative and very professional. He replaced a part in the bathroom wiring - did not charge me for the part which he had to buy at Home Depot. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

It went really well. I was told they were 2-3 weeks out when I ordered the $ 79.00 deal. I ordered the service on Sunday October 18th and they came on Monday October 26th. They came in a week. They even came at noon instead of 2:00. They were here for about 2 hours. If they did not have to go and buy a part, they would have done the job in less than 2 hours. They did the work and cleaned up the mess they made on the floor when they cut into the wall. We had an outdoor lamp outside and they went and checked to see why it would not light. The deal was $79.00 and the supplies they used was $60.00. They were very nice and courteous. They both did a great job. I would certainly use them again. I understand the deal was for labor. And of course I know I had to pay for any parts or supplies they used. I spent $139.00 for about 2 hours of work plus parts. Do you know how much electricians charge per hour?? I think I got a deal.

I was first in contact with the owner of the company (Paul) who was very prompt and responsive in scheduling our electrical work. On the day of service a representative from the company (Scott) arrived at the scheduled time. Scott was the consummate professional in his approach to the job. He listened carefully to my request that the outlet box in the stove area of the kitchen be moved to accommodate our new range. He then examined the current electric lines leading to the kitchen in order to identify re-wiring requirements. He was thorough and deliberate in his work as he altered the connection from the basement into the kitchen, cut the connection into the range space in the kitchen, introduced a new box and re-established the connection. He then hard wired the new range and made sure it was installed properly in the space (leveling and adjusting legs, etc.). He completely cleaned the work area when finished and restored all electric connections. Together we tested the operation of the range (burners, oven, etc.) to ensure that the equipment was functioning properly. Scott made our project a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him and his company to others.

This job went very well. It is a bit of a challenge because I work full time day light and my husband is home. Yet I am the one with the picture in my head of what I would like the end result to be. Price light was very patient with us. They came to look at the job when I was able to be home. They adjusted their estimate based on my e-mail feedback. During the job, they sent a text picture to make sure they were doing what I wanted!

Electrician showed up on time and was professional. They finished within our time frame and installed the rough-ins for ceiling fans and switches for two downstairs rooms and the upstairs bedrooms. We are very happy with their work.
