Description of Work: Outstanding response time to my electrical issue which was not an emergency but had some urgency. Honest, quick, thorough service from highly professional electrician. I will absolutely call Pricelight for every electrical need in my home!

Description of Work: changed light fixtures, fixed outlet and installed 3 outlets in basement. I went very well. Very professional, courteous and capable. The cost of one GFI, 2 outlets and wire for install in basement, which just had to be rough in installed was very high. Buy the parts and have available is the way to solve this!

Description of Work: After initial contact they did set set up a time to do the work. I had to try to contact them twice by web site. No phone. They were late. Paid for 2 hours, they sent 2 men. It took both men three hours to do. Job not that difficult. Slow. Did not have the proper outside outlets needed to complete the job. They had to go to the store which took approximately 30 to 40 minutes. They knew what the job was in my from my original e-mail.

Description of Work: We spoke with the man from Priceline about coming out to see the work that we wanted him to do. He said he would come out 3 weeks ago. We have yet to see him! |Can you please have him call us back?

Description of Work: install a circuit breaker. Contentious ...as the service provider did not evaluate the job and at the end wanted an additional $700 and promised an itemized bill for the additional proposed work that was never submitted.

Description of Work: The rep hung wrap lights in the basement, set three up with pulls to shut off at the location of the light, and began wiring the lights. We ran out of time and had to stop, but I was given a quick lesson on how to connect the remaining lights and provided a card to call the rep back when we could resume the work and possible future work. Very nice person and neat in how he set wires and lights.

Description of Work: Installed some fixtures and fixed a circuit breaker. The electrician was very professional, did a great job, and vacuumed his mess (which my wife particularly liked). I would use Pricelight Electric again.

Description of Work: The 2 men, Jeff & Scott, were professional, helpful, competent and very kind. They finished the jobs I needed done early and then asked what else they could do since I had paid for 1 hour of services. They then changed several light bulbs for me in a high ceiling. I was so please with their kindness and willingness to help me. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Was the service performed? Interesting question. I specifically bought "two hours" of electrician time when one of my light sockets stopped working. I thought it was a completely manageable project for the time allotted. I don't know what the average person finds acceptable to set up two hours, these guys took three weeks. Pricelight sent two guys instead of one and told me each one would spend an hour. Not great, but if they could get the job done, fine. After an hour they told me they couldn't fix the issue without tearing down a wall and asked if I wanted them to do that. I declined and called for a second opinion. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but when the new electrician came (that afternoon), he diagnosed the problem and had things fixed that afternoon (less than 2 hrs all in), I felt obligated to write this. So, was the service performed? They showed up, but it took too long to schedule, they sent two people (who he'd halved the time) and misdiagnosed the problem.
