Description of Work: Hello, living right across the street from your store has been such a convenience but it’s very disappointing when we buy a product close to a year old that’s Fouled and no longer works, I brought it back to the store the same person that sold it to my wife was the same person I took it in for service we have the advantage card and my wife buys very often there in the past, so I’m charged $50 deposit to fix a pressure washer that was used twice, then today I get a call saying it’s gonna be Another $279.00 to fix, Meanwhile only costed $300,00 , I asked well us buying so much they are and you can’t work with us and help us at all?, I went on explaining I’ve owned a business 36 years and always take care of my customers that brings them back sometimes you got to give to get, I also told the gentleman we will never step foot in your store again as much as we don’t like Lowes or Home Depot that’s where I will be going it was so Convenient coming right across the street and getting service For past 10 years

+ -1 moreIt went great. Had a hard time finding someone to repair a craftsman. Took it during peak season for lawn mower repair and was quoted a 2 week turn around and it was 2 weeks on the nose. They charge 60 dollars per hour for labor and didn't seem to mark up the parts that much at all. I just wish that they would have told me what work was needed. When I dropped it off they said that they would do the routine stuff and asked what price level I would want called about to see if I would want to have it fixed. I told them 100. total cost was 130 and they didn't call me; which I would have had them fix it anyway but I think they could have inspected it; called me with what they wanted to do and then have me give the green light for what they would do instead of just taking their own initative. They were very friendly and very prompt though. I will take it back again next year but be more clear with the work I will approve that time!
Description of Work: Routine maintenance for craftsman self propelled law mower (replaced blade as couldn't be sharpened; changed oil; changed spark plugs) etc. plus replaced malfunctioning cables.

+ -1 moreMILLER'S DID A GOOD JOB REPAIRING OUR SCREEN. THEY HAD IT READY IN A REASONABLE TIME.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED A SCREEN THAT HAD A TEAR IN IT. IT ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO COMPLETE.
