It went well. Garage door spring broke on Friday morning. Called Mike at 1:00pm and he diagnosed the broken spring by 4:00pm. Went to the warehouse on Saturday and repaired it in about an hour Saturday afternoon in time for the snow storm that came in. Knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. I couldn't ask for more.

Mike was very responsive, answering my message very quickly. He gave me a best guess diagnosis of the problem over the phone, which turned out to be accurate. He was very willing to work with my schedule and did the job late on a Friday afternoon so that I didn't thave to suffer with a broken garage door over the weekend. My garage door motor quit, and I looked into replacing it myself, but that looked to be a daunting task with the new laser sensors and the motor mounting issues and switches and all that. Mike Yeager at McMurray Garage Doors answered my first call in 15 seconds, agreed to come to my house and give me an analysis and a quote that same day. Then he promised to show up the next day (which was a Saturday) because we were about to plunge into a deep subzero winter freeze. He quoted me $400 - one and a half hours time, parts and labor. Saturday morning he showed up exactly at the agreed time (9:30am), took exactly one and a half hours and invoiced me the agreed price. He improved the drive with a belt (instead of a chain) that makes the door almost silent, installed laser safety sensors which we did not have before, and I was just stunned. I never met Mike before that day, and I felt like he treated me as though I was part of his family. Truly a nice, polite, honest businessman! You can't go wrong with Mike! Such a pleasure working with people of his caliber! P.S. Afterwards, I added the internet control features that allow you and your family to control your garage door from literally anywhere using your smartphones! Very cool!

Mike was prompt and friendly and showed me exactly what was wrong. He recommended a stronger spring since I recently installed insulation. He completed the job in under ½ hour and the price was excellent. I will recommend McMurray Garage to my friends if they have garage issues.

Called Mike and he came to the house to give an estimate.he was great to talk with and listened to exactly what we were looking to do. He contacted us right way with an estimate that was very reasonable. When he showed up to install the doors he got to working right away. He had both old garage doors and hardware down and the new doors, hardware and openers installed in about 5 hours. He explained the operation and programmed everything before he left. Mike arrived within an hour of my first call. He quickly assessed that I needed a new bottom panel and called immediately to place the order. I was worried about my door being stuck open all night but he was able to 'unmangle' my damage enough to get the door down. The next day he arrived with the new panel and quickly got everything, including new hinges, put back together. Because my doors were painted to match the trim of my house, he even took the time to cut a piece from the damaged door so I would have something to take with me to match the paint color! His estimate of how much everything would cost was spot-on and he couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with.

Our old stone house had the original garage doors and they were a sight! I wanted to make sure that the new doors would look right and that we would maintain the aesthetic integrity of an older home. We also got two other estimates, one from a major home/lumber store, and one from a popular garage door company, Mike, the owner came over within a day and gave us a quote in the same ballpark but less than the other two estimates. We liked Mike so we went with him and I am so happy that we did. He did everything he said he would do , when he said he would do it. He works with another installer and both of them are amazing. They are hard workers and clean . The doors are beautiful. They really worked to make sure the doors fit perfectly . I know there were some extra things and materials that were necessary because of the stone and Mike knew exactly how to exicute the entire job to perfection. Mike is honest , experienced and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone and my husband and I agree that it was worth every penny.
