We have been using McMurray Heating for more than 14 years for our furnace and air conditioner check up. Brian was very efficient and willing to listen and address our questions. We will continue to have them service our furnace and AC in the future.

From start to finish they are the real deal. I called regarding a problem with my heater and immediately got feedback about how to troubleshoot the situation. When that didn’t work, they scheduled me THE NEXT DAY. And not only did they get me in, they worked around my schedule. Unheard of! They called ahead to tell me they were due to arrive earlier than expected-which was better for me-and fixed the broken part in record time. Highly recommend!!

I called for service and figured it would be a day or two for someone to come out since I was a new customer. I got an appointment within a couple hours. They were in and out and found the problem right away. Great service!

The service person was very punctual. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very pleasant, professional, and efficient.

- When I returned home from a vacation to a cold house, I contacted McMurray Heating, who had installed a new Lennox heating and cooling system 7 years earlier. Unable to send a tech rep the same day, they showed up early the following day, diagnosed the problem, returned with the parts required and completed the repair that morning. Per the warranty terms, I was responsible for labor only, fair enough. - I chose McMurray Heating initially at the recommendation of a contractor friend, who had a twenty plus year relationship with them because they had consistently delivered as promised and followed up on any issues that are inevitable in today's world. I was totally satisfied with my initial decision and the response to the service only reinforces my opinion of the company. They do what they say they will, at a fair price. I have no reservations in recommending them.

When I called to report an issue I was told someone would be at our house within the hour. Service person was professional and thorough.

I got financing through their website. I got a proposal. They told me to get the money from the finance company myself. The finance company said they don’t give checks to anyone but the contractor. They called McMurray on my behalf. McMurray called me back saying they didn’t know I was financing and the quote would have to go up by $396 for “fees” because they didn’t know I was financing. What? The. They told me they’d be back to do the work 26 days later. What? Look out for these guys.

Terrible I sent you a letter about it didn't you read it? They refunded my money in a check

I called them at least four times throughout the winter to send us an estimate for our heating needs. They still have not sent me an estimate

They were good.

They did the job when it was terribly cold. The price wasn’t much and it was really reasonable as it wasn’t working before. The replaced a piece on the upstairs furnace. They are reliable. They don’t overcharge. They come when we need them and they are very responsive. They are good. We like them.

I was caught off guard by the unkempt appearance of the technician sent by the company; it actually frightened me a little to let him into my house. He did a cursory examination, and I didn't really know until the next year when I had someone else do the work just how little he actually did.

They are prompt, trained and friendly.

After several days motor was installed.

We noticed that the vent was blowing out smoke and a really bad smell. After looking over everything i realized that the control board on the furnace was scorched. I first called another company and they wanted 125 just to come out and they were going to charge me another 210.00 just to replace a warrantied contorl board. After feeling like that company was not someone who i wanted to deal with I called McMurray. They were extremely cooperative and willing to help any way possible. I told them exactly what happened and they were able to order a new part and come out 4 days later to install the board for only 85.00 dollars. The 2 technicians were very friendly and helpful. installed the new part and were in and out in less then an hour. I would highly recommend to EVERYONE!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON REPLACING THE FURNACE & VENTS. THE CLEAN-UP WAS AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING IN PUTTING THIS HOUSE TO ITS NEED.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED GAS HEATING SYSTEM, AIR CONDITIONING, AND A RADIANT FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM WHEN WE BUILT OUR HOME. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE SINCE 1998, & COMPANY HAS BEEN PROMPT & RESPONSIVE TO SERVICE REQUESTS.
