Henry Webber responded to our request for an estimate for wallpaper removal and painting. He came to the house within 3 days of our leaving a message requesting the estimate. He was very professional. His estimate was actually the lowest one of 3 for the work, but we decided to use another with another company after they matched the MasterBrush estimate.

The work went very well. He was supposed to come out and touch up something on the outside of the house, but he never did. That is one complaint that I have.

I was pleased with this Company. They may not be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. Proper prep is so important, and this was done well. The large sill along a bank of floor to ceiling windows needed to be replaced, and the carpenter Mr. Webber recommended was excellent.

I contracted with the company at the beginning of June but due to the rainy weather during the month the job was not started until the beginning of July. The painters did a good job of restoring the window frames which were badly peeling due to age, weather conditions, and a previous poor paint job from another party. They also left some of the window sill paint for me to use in other areas of the house. After the job was completed, the owner inspected the work and promptly responded to my request for a minor touch-up. I have used this company twice in the past prior to this job and would recommend them for any painting needs.

The paint job was excellent and they did it quickly. They cleaned up well and did a real professional job. He matched the color on the house and color coordinated with the windows. We were very pleased with his work and honesty.

It was a very good experience. Henry called me back immediately and provide me with an estimate within 72 hours. The price was the highest of the three bids I recieved, but only by a few hundred dollars. I felt very confident in Henry's and his crew's skills. We were tentatively booked for "good weather when it appeared that we would have a beautiful and warm 3/4 day stretch. The crew completed the work in two days and did a very fine job. They were quite neat and respectful of my plants and garden area. They worked very quickly and very efficiently. I would certainly use them again.

Henry and his crew did an excellent job removing wallpaper from a large two-story entry in our home. They performed the project quickly without sacrificing the quality of their work. They then painted the entry. They were very neat and detail-oriented, making sure that all glue was removed and that the walls were smooth before painting. They did such a great job with wallpaper removal that I immediately asked them to remove wallpaper from another room in the house. They did a very nice job on that project as well. Henry and his crew were also very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Came out on Saturday 3/13 to look at job, got estimate 3/14, negotiated a bit on 3/15, accepted bid that day and they were there promptly at 8 AM 3/16. Spent 2 8-hour days - 4 men. They did an excellent job, going the extra mile to make sure finish on previosly wall-papered walls was perfectly smooth - even did a third coat of paint to be sure. Patched and smoothed some spots we had not even noticed. Got done on time, left us the extra paint for touch-ups down the road, The entire first floor of the house looks wonderful, and they cleaned up the rooms beautifully!

They completed the entire job in 2 days. They did such good work. They were very professional and incredibly nice. They cleaned up beautifully. The price was on the higher side but was well worth it.

Henry and his crew did a nice job. They arrived on time and performed the job in the time promised. All the work looks professional. Henry is an excellent communicator. All of my calls were returned within 48 hours, even on the weekend. I would recommend Master Brush Painting to others.

I contacted Master Brush to paint for a third time as I was very pleased with their work. Previously they painted my living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. However, when I called some months later for additional work, I was put off from scheduling a date. I started calling in August and Mr. Weber told me that we would schedule a date when his schedule opened up, probably in a few weeks. I called several times and got the same answer. Finally, I waited until October and gave up. I scheduled someone else to do the painting. I liked their work previously and would have liked to have them do more, but I would have prefered that Mr. Weber be straight-forward if he was unable or unwilling to do another job.

From the very beginning their work was planned out to detail. They had enough workers to do the job efficiently and with the highest quality. Not only are they highly skilled but they turned our 120 yr old house to look remarkably new. Also Harold the owner, is a kind , bright, funny and very professional man who maintains his crew working smoothly and very clean throughout the day.. We never saw an untidy moment throughout the time they worked on our house. And most importantly we were thrilled with the results. We highly recommend Master Brush to anyone who wants to make a difference to their home or business.

This is the second time that I've used Master Brush.Henry Weber of Master Brush gave me the estimate soon after I called him. While he wasn't the cheapest, I needed someone who I could trust to do the extremely detail work of painting in a victorian style. I chose 3 colors to accent the very detailed wood work on my home. Henry was on site at all times. He and a crew of 2 completed the work in 2 days as promised. The results are beautiful. I get many compliments from neighbors and one neighbor asked Henry for an estimate for their property. I'm very satisfied with the results and would use Master Brush painters again.

Henry and his crew were awesome. They worked together like fabulously. The crew was professional, talented and fun. I would recommend to anyone.

We've used this company before - the first time they were amazing - the job was done perfectly, and they responded to our request almost instantly. This time was different. This time, they asked us to wait for awhile because they wanted to do outdoor painting jobs while the weather was good. Then suddenly one night they called and said they'd be over the next day - my husband explained we needed notice - we have a dog to get out of the house, the rooms hadn't been emptied, we both work full-time -it was 9pm at night, but the owner insisted he'd already bought the paint and scheduled his crew, so my husband stayed up until midnight clearing things out and preparing the room. They arrived on time, and began working - my husband stopped by mid afternoon to see how things were going. Even though the job was not finished, the owner asked to be paid in advance. The men in his crew were very verbal about it being pay day - it was obvious he needed the money right away. So my husband did go ahead and pay. When he got home later, he found that some spots had been missed completely, white walls showed through the dark paint, drips of dark paint were on the baseboards, paint was on the window glass, the baseboards were streaked from having drop cloths carelessly removed. This didn't even seem like the same company. None of these things were disasters, and any one thing would have been fine, but when added up, it was annoying - especially when the owner had insisted he would check the work himself before they left. My husband already fixed most of the problems himself, but the experience left us both with a bad feeling.

It was the highest bid, but I took it because of Angieslist. I called the man yesterday and told him that there are a couple of extra things that I would like to talk to him about. He has not called me back, though he was highly recommended. They did a good job and were here on time. They were very polite and they cleaned up their stuff. However he has not called me back for something extra that I wanted him to do after the job was done. I was kind of disappointed and thought he would return my call. They were professional and sounded more competent. I negotiated for the price and he did reduce his original estimate. They got the job done much quicker than we anticipated. I might look for someone else because his price is at a higher end.

Henry was very responsive and quickly returned my phone calls throughout the process. He was very courteous from the beginning and had allot of very helpful insight into color selection, and placement of colors and accents. Henry was very knowledgeable and had a well seasoned crew that was courteous and prepped and cleaned up each day. Henry was on site and oversaw the entire process and answered any of our questions. The entire crew was very prompt, and would arrive by 8am each day and would immediately set up and start the day?s work. Overall, Masterbrush was very professional, and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the job that was performed and would definitely recommend Henry?s work.

We had an excellent experience. Henry is extremely professional and great to work with. We had many questions throughout the process regarding colors, placement, or timing of the work to be done; he always returned calls promptly. He was complimentary of the colors we chose -- and his design for the placement worked perfectly. Our home feels more like a 'modern' victorian now. Our neighbors liked it so much, that many ventured out into the street to compliment the work! Henry's staff is very professional -- and incredibly fast. He said they would start at 8:00 on Monday morning: the trucks were there at 8 and the house was covered in ladders and tarps by 8:10. Quite impressive actually. We received quotes from other companies that were 50-120% more expensive. Henry's crew had the experience to reach the 'high' places along the roof line that did not require special equipment. We would absolutely work with Henry again.

Henry was prompt, courteous and professional in his estimate and contracting. And he delivered exactly what he promised! His crew showed up on time every day, they protected everything and cleaned up at the end of each day, they were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they did a careful job of prepping - scraping and sanding and giving extra attention to the more badly worn areas - priming and painting. It's a gorgeous job! Henry was on the job every day with the crew and I could always go to him if I had a question. I can't believe what a great experience this was. I'm already planning on having them back to do some interior work.

It went incredibly well from start to finish! Masterbrush painters were on time everyday, did everything they said they were going to do, were meticulous about their work and were very helpful in color selection. They also stayed true to their estimate. We felt completely comfortable with the crew in our home and even left a key out for them when we were out of town. We have known Henry and his brother John for 25 years and have never heard one complaint! Henry and his crew are more than just painters, they are wonderful people who take a lot of pride in their work. We refer Masterbrush to everyone!

Professional, courteous, punctual, and trustworthy. They used primer as first coat on walls. I keep thinking we should have done paint as first coat. But in the end, the quality looks good. No complaints.

His crew was nice and professional, but very personable. They came in and worked hard with no breaks. They didn't leave a mess and did a great job! For the work they performed, their price was great. I chose them for their price. I would absolutely hire them again. I am looking forward to them doing some outside work for me in the spring.

Very well - Henry Webber returned my call right away, and came out to do the estimate in just a few days. The work was scheduled less than a week after that. Because they were available, I had FOUR painters show up - the work was finished in just 3 1/2 hours, and it was perfect.
