In the beginning it was very good. Henry Webber, the owner, called back and came out to give us an estimate. In his estimate he offered to do more work than the other company I had gotten an estimate from. The people seemed very nice and it took them about a 3 days to finish the job. They broke the garage door, but they came back the same day to fix it. They also broke a bulb in a light fixture. I paid to replace it, but they put it in for me. I also had one incident that led me to believe that they weren't all trustworthy.

I contacted Mr. Webber who was very helpful in getting the job completed on a very short notice. I spoke with him about the colors that I wanted over the weekend and they began painting on Monday. The crew was polite, efficient and there was no mess. The crew prepared the walls and moved furniture and moved everything back after they completed. I only moved loose articles, valuables and fragile items. They completed the work in less than two days.

They seem to be responsive and responsible. I am pleased so far.

They are reliable and showed up on time. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. They worked in a timely manner and were professional. The clean-up was good.

He will say that he is not the cheapest and I am not the most expensive, but I will do good work. It was very easy keeping in touch with him through e-mail. He always responded right away. So far the paint has been holding up great. He is a trustworthy and honest individual. I really just think he did an excellent job and and happy with the results.

Getting the estimate and getting in contact with the contractor was difficult initially and had to wait a while to get the work performed. However, quality of work was outstanding and was very pleased with the end result. Would recommend and use again.

We first played phone tag but he originally did call me back. We set up an appointment for an estimate Friday at noon. I had to take work off and come home. I waited and waited, I called his cell phone and office after waiting 45 minutes. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't heard from him. It's rude and inconsiderate.

I first contacted Henry Weber in the fall of 2007. He informed me that the painting season was nearly over, but said that he would put me on the top of his schedule for the following year. I contacted him several times in the spring of 2008 to check where I was on the schedule and was repeatedly told that they could get to my house in another month or so. The continual delay was a little annoying, but ultimately was not a major inconvenience because I used the time to select my colors and contact carpenters to do some of the repair work to the architectural detail. I am also aware that this is fairly typical for exterior painting since scheduling can be greatly impacted by the weather. Mr. Weber was prompt in returning my calls each time I called to check in on the schedule. Ultimately the work was done in October 2008. They came with a large crew and were able to finish the job in 2 days. I am satisfied with the final result. I would definitely recommend Masterbrush painting, but I would advise that you set a specific date as a goal for when you want the job done.

No problem except for dust created from sanding.

I have used this company for many years. I feel that the owner takes pride in the work and keeps his crew in line. They work quickly and they pay attention to the details. He has all his permits and he cares about his business. Make sure to line him up in January, because he gets busy.

Great job! Went very fast with nice result. Polite hard working crew. Henry is a wonderful person to work with and was receptive and attentive to any questions/concerns I had.

It went very well, they were efficient, clean and courteous. He doesn't get back extremely quick on the phone, but neither did any of the other options we had.

Getting in contact with him was easy at first. Estimate was reasonable and Mr. Weber made good suggestions for color and also for other aspects of the job. Did not immediately get written estimate, only phone estimate. Written estimate did arrive. Workmen were neat and courteous. Most importantly, work was done quickly by a crew of 7 and this was important to us. Overall, satisfied with the job and with the suggestion of contractor to install a new door (Mr. Joyce). I had assumed the job would be two coats for all areas; it was not and you could see a few places where another coat would have been better. However, the estimate did not say two coats everywhere and I never clarified that. The place looks much better. I am still waiting to get the new door painted. Overall: fair price, good work, efficient work. There was some difficulty with communication and returning calls, but, to be fair, this was at a time during a move and communication improved. I would use Master Brush again.

Henry and his team were great. They did a wonderful job on the ceilings and primed and painted all the new wood windows we had installed. They returned calls, were prompt, courteous and cleaned up thoroughly each day they were at my home.

Organized, professional. Good eye for color. Made suggestions that improved the job. Very courteous. Easy to work with.

First of all, they came when scheduled. They provided adequate covering for all areas to be painted. Always check to be sure you have nothing in the way so they can do the job right. When the color was not what I expected, Mr. Webber was willing to mix the color until it was to my liking and the color was white!! Excellent job all the way around.

They showed up as promised, Henry helped me select colors to blend in nicely with the rest of the house. There was a full crew there for 2 days. They were neat, quick and thorough as well as polite. The hallway that was such an eyesore for the past 2 years looks amazing!

I really appreciate it when a contractor says they'll show up at a certain time and they do. Henry and his crew were on time every morning. He brought a team of five and I still can't believe they accomplished so much in three days. Plus, everyone was so nice; and careful, and if I noticed something, they got right on it. Since I had patching and sanding done, I had a lot of dust clean-up to do; I should know better to make sure I get everything covered before the job; and since they were so careful with everything, I was surprised how they left my kitchen sink and utility sink; had to give them both a good scrub. That said though, I have found my painters for any future work!!

Went very well. Henry is very professional and was on time. Had a larger crew than other two estimates, which cut the job time in half. You can tell Henry has much experience and so does his crew. The only reason I gave a "B" for professionalism was that some cigarette butts were left in and around my front door/lawn area, which I brought to Henry's attention.

What more can you ask for? I just moved in and needed a painter to paint my new condo before the movers arrived. I spoke to Henry, and he showed up for an estimate a few days later; a Friday. I received the estimate the same day, and he and hit team arrived on Monday to begin work. A solid team of five guys. They took great care to cover all surfaces and were extremely careful painting. They did a very professional job, and cleaned up every bit of dust/debris. The condo hallways were carefully protected and there was no dirt or debris left in the hall after the job was done. They did a few extras as well, replacing baseboard, etc. An excellent job at a fair price.

Very responsive to calls, always on time, personal service unlike any other! Henry came to our house to estimate the job, and came back a second time to help us choose colors. Crew was very fast, and completed the job in under 3 days. Very professional, very clean. We will be using them for every painting job in the future.

The first day the crew (7 men) came and removed all of the old wallpaper, repaired cracks and skim coated the walls in about 3 1/2 hours. They left that to dry over the weekend and came back on Monday to finish, which took about 5 hours. They did a super job and everything looks great. Although there were many, many strangers tromping through our house, they were careful to cover everything with drop cloths and used our basement sink for all their cleaning. I would be remiss if I did not tell you a special experience we had. While the painters were here, my 2.5 year old locked himself in our bathroom. Without Henry Webber I would never have gotten him out. He used his tools and his skills to pry off door trim and chisel around the lock. That got my son out with no repairs necessary for the door. He was so sweet and calm about the whole thing too. Once he found out my son was in there, I was sure he was going to help me get him out no matter what.

Mr. Weber was prompt in calling, viewing job and supplying bid. He and his crew arrived on the day and at the time stated. Full crew covered as necessary, set up and did the job. Professional in all respects. They made a difficult job go easy. We are well satisfied.

Amazing! I was so impressed with the quality of work and how quickly the job was completed. The owner and crew were very polite and clean. My neighbors were amazed at watching this crew in action. My home looks beautiful. It is so nice to know that there is a honest and hard working company out there. I am recommending them to everyone I know. Best experience I have ever had with any contractor.

The lead painter was really nice as he helped us pick out colors and made sure colors matched. He was very patient with us. When we had some bubbles show up a few days later but they came back and fixed them at no extra cost.
