Description of Work: I signed up for $149 roof inspection. I was extremely pleased with the results. Chad went over and above! He identified a minor problem that if left untreated could've turned into much more. He made the repair while he was there at no extra charge. He gave us a full report when he was done and did a nice job putting things into layman's terms. No hard-sell at all in fact he recommended we hold off a few more years before we do anything with our roof. He was extremely professional and I'll be sure to call him again in the future. In fact I have already talked to him about doing some work on my mothers roof.

Description of Work: AS soon as the weather allowed the owner set up an appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. I knew our roof was old, installed long before we purchased the home. The owner performed an inspection and told me what needed to be done. We visited his display at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden show where he showed us the type of roofing and gutters he suggested and went into great detail explaining their history, training, references and other important information. We signed a contract for them to do the work when weather permits. The cost of the inspection was waived since he will be performing the needed roof and gutter work. I'll let you know how things went when the job is complete. By the way, we pay nothing until the job is complete.
