It didn't. I called this provider on three separate occasions over the course of two weeks (6/23, 7/1, 7/6) and never received the courtesy of a return call

Jeff was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is a genuinely nice guy who shows up on time every day, puts in a full day, leaves the work site neat as a pin, and best of all performs extremely high quality work. He is a craftsman and can handle an entire job on his own, without subcontractors or delays. He's also very flexible on scheduling and making any small changes along the way. I highly recommend Jeff as a contractor. We could not be more pleased with our new bath.

Jeff put new tile in my bathroom shower and floor, painted the vanity and walls and installed a new countertop and toilet. Work was excellent and he was very professional. I have moved to South Carolina and wish I could find someone as good as he is to do work for me here.Work was done quickly and on time. Wish I would've entered the review much sooner since he did such a great job. Since I waited so long I'm guessing on the approximate cost but it was very reasonable especially given the great job.

Jeff previously did a bath remodel for us. We had a few items in another bath that needed attended to. Jeff came when scheduled, worked quickly, everything was done properly. Highly recommended.

Jeff did a great job on the remodel of our master bath. He came in on time and on budget even though there were a few surprises when he pulled up our floor. Jeff started early and worked until 5:00 every day and did the job start to finish with no interruptions. He cleaned up every day before he left and did a great cleanup at the end of the job. I would give Jeff the highest possible recommendation. He's the kind of guy who gives contractor's a good name.

We found him to be professional, a hard worker, honest and best of all he was highly knowledgeable in regard to his craft. Jeff completely remodeled the bath while we were out of town, new tub, vanity/sink, toilet, tile work and floor etc. When we returned we had a beautiful new bath. His tilework was very good, attention to detail in every part of the job was excellent and there was no mess whatsoever.

He came early each morning (by 8:30 a.m.) and worked without stopping until the day's work was complete (one evening staying till after 6:00 p.m. That's a long day without a break.) He is a very hard-worker, is always great about cleaning up his work, and is very conscientious. This is the second bathroom he has updated for us, and the third job he's completed (he also did some drywall in our living room a few years back when my husband got a little carried away with kitchen remodeling and broke through the wall to the living room.) Jeff is great!

It went great. Jeff put me in touch with plumbing suppliers and tile people who were full of advice. Jeff came early every day, worked all day, and after 3 days I had a brand new bath, ready to be painted.

Jeff has done work for us since 2006. He is the best at all types of home improvements. I almost didn't want to share as we don't want him to be too busy to take our jobs but of course, fair is fair!! My husband truly respects Jeff.

He was phenomenal. The price did not include all the stuff we put in it. The craftsmanship and work ethic were great. He was always on time. He always cleaned up after himself. It was very easy to get in touch with him. You can't touch the guy for the price with the quality of work he did. I would absolutely use him again.

He came to see the project, told me he would call me in about a week. After almost two weeks I called him and left a message and have not received a response yet.

Our experience with Jeff was great from start to finish. We contacted him in the summer. He responded promptly and came out to the house to see what we needed for remodeling our bathroom. He said he was booked up till fall which was fine for us. We recontacted him in the fall when we got back from vacation. He came to the house and helped us finalize the plans. He told us where to shop for the tile at contractor's prices and gave us choices for the glass work. We chose our own plumbing supply company and he worked with them. Jeff was totally accountable, efficient with time and materials, reasonably priced, and meticulously neat. He has a quiet demeanor, enjoys his work and takes pride in it. His time was dedicated to our job; he did not have other jobs competing for his attention. He coordinated with the supply companies so that things ran smoothly. The bathroom looks fabulous and we are so glad we did this and that we chose Jeff to do the work.

Jeff did a fantastic job! I was having family member do some of the electrical work, and Jeff came over before the job started to talk through it with that person and make sure that everything was covered. He is so easy going and when there was some added work that I asked him to help with throughout the project he was very accommodating. Jeff comes every day until the project is finished and works hard. The quality is excellent too...many people have seen the bathroom and they all comment on the nice tile work. I would recommend Jeff to anyone. The price is very reasonable compared to other quotes I received and he is the one performing the work. I have more projects and will definitely be having him come back in the future.

I have used Jeff for almost 9 years as he was recommended to me by the people from whom we purchased our home. Jeff has always helped me whenever I have had a problem, such as this instance when I didn't have a sink over the holidays.

He is an excellent guy to deal with. He is not on Angie’s List. He is a private single man operation. It worked out beautifully. He is a great guy and he just feature in when he can for my job. His prices are very reasonable. He is very quality conscious and a nice guy to deal with. He took down what I said. That is pretty high recommendation because I’m fussy. If someone meets my criteria, I would think they would meet just about anybody’s criteria. He is very versatile, he does carpentry, he does electrical and he does plumbing. It is like a one-man show. He is a good guy, very quiet and easy to deal with. He knows every aspect of what I had to do with my kitchen. I had appliances and I had flooring done. He installed my appliances. He did all the plumbing and electrical work. I would use his services again in the future.

He remodeled our house whole before. He did a nice job. The price was fair. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Jeff was working for a storm damage company. I liked him since he was good and was a hard worker as well. He tried to be punctual as much as he could. He was very responsible and did a very nice job. He was very interested in his work. He was very polite, clean and professional. I really liked him. He tried his best to be here but his hands were tied with a lot of work. He couldn?t help it when it came to his punctuality since that?s how they scheduled him. He tried with all his might to be here. I would use him again but not his company.

I can't say enough. He is prompt, very reliable, punctual and does the job in the time he's supposed to. He is very organized and clean. Everything he does is exactly as it is supposed to be.

From the standpoint of Jeff's work and advice, it was wonderful!!! He was very knowledgeable, competent, neat, and reassuring. When he left each day yoiu wouldn't even know he had been there working as everything was cleaned up. Our kitchen had last been "updated" in 1958 and was in very bad shape from the floor to the cabinets to the countertops, wallpaper, and plastic wall tile. The room was cramped and made prep and cooking difficult. We had a plan drawn up that Jeff used for the remodel, following it and also making some suggestions for the better. Because we moved the sink, refrigerator, and added a garbage disposal and dishwasher Jeff had to re-work the plumbing (and also solved a dripping problem in the process). When I became frustrated because the cabinet trim came in wrong or the countertop (which an outside company cut and installed) did not line up straight, Jeff was very reassuring and explained what could and couldn't be done for the problem. Jeff worked continuously during the day and did not waste much time. He was punctual and trustworthy as we left him alone each day with no problems. I LOVED the work that Jeff did for us and I LOVE my new kitchen.
