I seemed more detailedand problems based to find the source of mold than a fire clean up company. t Ethan arrived and explained why mold growth can occur, various molds, and humidity as a factor. He came with detection tools and took cultures. After hearing about the how and why of the process and preventative measures to take going forward I felt confident in the quality of the company and in his abilities to solve the situation. The team's work was careful and expansive. My husband's medical condition necessitated a mold free environment, so the quality of detection and remediation was crucial. the remediation took a day and was sealed off very nicely. Ethan answered a lot of questions and even elaborated on some points to educate us. Weeks later he came back to double check. We were blessed to have them provide services for us. They provided better than expected services. Definately 5 plus stars.
