Jullian Decided at the end, After he got paid that they didn't want to finish the job completely. Then tried to argue with me an convince me that he was doing me a favor by doing any of the work at all. I paid him $5,000. I even sent him a letter with the deposit check to confirm the work we had discussed. He didn't have a problem with it then. Weeks go by, work is 80% done. He asked for the remainder of the agreed amount. I give it to him. I then go to my property and its not 100% complete. He paints 1 wall out of 4 walls. All has to do is finish painting the other 3 walls. Now, I have a garage with one painted wall and the gutters are leaking. I can provide pictures. I'm thinking of going to the magistrate."
