My work had to be rescheduled because of weather but when the crew arrived they did the job neatly, quickly, beautifully and were polite and friendly. The ladies (Tammy, Connie, Jesse, & Kathy) that did my deck (the sanding, cleaning & staining) were amazing. I use only Sikkens brand deck stain which is a bit difficult to work with. These ladies knocked it out of the park. They were professional, detail oriented, and truly cared about doing the job properly. It's said that perfectionism is simple ... it's simply about doing the little things correctly; these ladies did just that. And ... they were very nice too! I will be using them again in 2 to 3 years when my deck needs to be re-done. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Panzas quickly responded to my inquiry, provided a quote and start time. The weather did not cooperate so adjustments had to be made to the schedule. The workmanship was great. Good quality. Happy with the results. Work completed = clean and seal over 5,000 sf of stamped concrete patios and driveway.

Ron at Panzas was simply the most knowledgeable about our composite wood deck/siding, the proper cleaning solution, correct cleaning techniques, etc. in selecting the right company. Ron is also responsive, prompt and real easy to work with. He showed up early today, and stopped us from moving all of our patio furniture, gas grill, refrigerator, etc. off the deck; and then sweeping the deck. Ron said that Panzas would "take care of everything", and he did...and then some! Ron did railings and areas that weren't included in the job quote, yet held firm on his quoted price. Ron also explained why our deck was getting dirty. It's not like me to take the time to write such a review, but Ron and Zack sure exceeded our highest expectations...and will be back next year for sure!
