 + 1 moreThis was the first time I used Barry Brown's services, and did so based on Angie's List references. Barry was responsive in coming out to our house to provide an estimate and in performing the work, which Barry worked into his schedule within a week of our accepting his proposal. Barry and his workers arrived when they said that they would the morning of the work, worked diligently for almost eight hours, and took pride in the work that they did. They were courteous and did a nice job in cleaning up after themselves when done. Their work was professional and looks great. Barry also followed up afterwards to confirm that the new grass planted in bare spots was coming in well, which it was in most locations. Barry returned to our house and supplemented any areas where the grass was not coming in well with spot patching. Very happy with their work and the results! I would recommend them without reservation!
Description of Work: Complete thatching of front and rear yards, approximately 3,000 SF of lawn; filled any bare spots in the lawn with topsoil, seed, and manure fertilizer. Edged all planting beds at the front and rear of house. Trimmed all bushes and pulled all weeds within the beds. Covered planting beds with two inches of topsoil and then three inches of mulch, approximately 600 SF total bed space.

 + -1 moreProvider was prompt and performed work as agreed. My only hesitation is due to work being performed during a dry-spell. I later learned that due to dry-spell I should have been watering the lawn so seed could sprout which I was never advised to do. I am not sure if the seeding will have any positive results or was a waste of time and money. Other than that, he did what he said he would, on time, for price agreed, and was pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: I have had this Landscaping company perform all my yard work including grass cutting, shrub/plant removal/shrub/flower planting, tree trimming, grass & weed feeding, Had a pool put in and Brown's made my back yard around the pool look awesome. Can't say enough about them.
