 + -1 moreWe met Melissa at the Pgh Home Show and scheduled an appointment at our home. Melissa came out took measurements and photographs. We discussed concepts and what we would like to have done. We were confident enough at that point to ask her to take the next step in design and were quoted a price for design. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN! I emailed the company, but never received a response. Very surprised and disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: Melissa met us at our house & provided an overview of services, took measurements and photographs. She looked at two additional projects as well. We agreed to proceed with her design process. She never called us again. I emailed the company, but did not receive a response from anyone.

 + 3 moreBlackwood & Associates Inc are in the process of doing a big job for us now and I have been very pleased with the work so far. They are very professional and we are grateful to have found them. I would give them an A rating all around because they are personable, always on time and they let us know if there is a problem. They are the top of the line landscaping.
Description of Work: I am using Blackwood & Associates Inc to do landscaping, patio, swimming pool, gardening, installing a drivway and putting up a green house for us
