We know money is tight and we are offering discounts and pay later plans for those who need the work done but can't affoed it right now. We pray everyone makes it out of this quickly and safely!! Ben Owner We are a newer plumbing company in McMurray, however, owner Ben has over 20 years experience in plumbing. We believe in honest tactics and fair treatment of our customers. We never use high pressure sales tactics nor will we ever try to sell you something you do not need! We give a fair evaluation and pricing and let you decide how you wish to proceed. Being that we are new we need to grow our customer base. Need a faucet replaced? Is your toilet giving you problems? Have a leak you need fixed? Maybe you need a bathroom remodel? From a simple faucet repair to a whole sewer replacement. We are available after hours for emergencies. We will exceed your expectations! Give us a shot and see for yourself!

I apologize [Member Name Removed] but I can’t possibly respond to all the work requests I get on here. I would suggest calling. At the time I was in between two emergency sewer replacements. I was not taking any work and I can’t possibly call each Angie’s list work request and say I can’t come out. I don’t have that kind of time. Most of the time these requests go to multiple plumbers at once. There is no way for me to tell if you’re trying to reach me specifically. I’m sorry for your frustration but, like I said, it is better to call.

Ben was the best. I will hire again if I have any plumbing problems. He listened to what was going on, failed attempts, and possible ideas. He explained what was going on, answered my questions. Made sure sewer drained properly. Everything you need, professional, friendly, and affordable.

Ben contacted me right away and gave me UP FRONT PRICING! He told me it would be $145 per toilet. He gave me a time for the next day and was prompt and polite- wearing a mask and shoe covers due to COVID-19. He completely rebuild our oldest toilet including a new handle. The second toilet needed minor fixes and a new ring. He did the work and then told me he wouldn't charge me for that. I paid him $200 because I thought that was fair for fixing two toilets. I appreciated his HONESTY - no "diagnostic" charge, no "needing to get parts" etc. etc. He was done in one hour. WILL USE AGAIN!

It was very reasonable. The owner was extremely quick to response. He was courteous and polite. He explained everything and followed us up afterwards. He took my husband outside to explain where our problems started. He made sure that everything was working.
