The provider used a paint sprayer and exterior white paint. The appearance of the room is much improved. This was a difficult job and the painter is a perfectionist.

The walls were patched and a wall paper border removed. The vaulted ceilings were painted white and the walls were painted with color--the line between was well done. The job took about 4 days to complete. Everything looks great. I was very pleased with the result. So pleased I had Randy and his crew come back to paint the garage and the basement entry.

His price was competitive with the other companies that we considered. Throughout the project, Randy and his painters were professional, pleasant and extremely competent. They moved and replaced all furniture, did meticulous prep and painting of all surfaces, used high quality paint and took great care to ensure that the work was completed to a high standard. We were very impressed with the respect they showed our home. They took care to completely protect our furnishings, counters and flooring, and they cleaned up every day after completion of the day's work. They left our home in great condition when finished with the project. They also cheerfully replaced a kitchen light and moved a piece of furniture upstairs for us, two tasks that were not part of the project. Randy and the crew were absolutely dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project. They provided exactly what we look for in a contractor: high quality work, great customer service and a reasonable price. We highly recommend them and will hire them again for any painting project.

This is the second time I've used X'Press Yourself painting, and I will use them again. Their prep work is impeccable and their painting, edging and trim skills are amazing. They sand between coats and the finished wall appears flawless. I chose a dark wall color for the master bath, in an eggshell finish. Was a bit worried, but they did a great job and the walls are perfect. I highly recommend this company for a no-worries, well-done painting experience.

Randy and his team were the best! He was very flexible and his price was competitive. I would STRONGLY recommend his services. He takes pride in his work and provided a quality paint. As a matter of fact my mother is purchasing a home and he will doing her painting as well, he just doesn't know it yet! We will also be using him again in the future for a basement project.

Randy and his crew came into our house and was very nice and polite and discussed what we wanted done. Randy even helped us decide what kind of paint we needed for the job to look nice. They moved the furniture and put it back when they completed the job. They covered everything up including the floors and when done they cleaned up and even vacuumed the carpet and scrubbed the floors. We felt very secure with Randy and his crew being in our house alone while we was a work. They did an awesome job and our walls look so nice. We will be having Randy come back again in the future to do more work for us. We couldn't of asked for a better crew to do the work we wanted done. FANTASTIC....if I could give him a higher score than 5 - I would. He and team were professional, neat and clean, friendly, and painting experts. I would call him again and again should I need further painting. His prices were very fair. His work is amazing. Too top it off - he and his team are nice guys.

Mr. Rummell and his workers were organized, professional and thorough. They were also prompt and pleasant. Since they had to apply several coats of light paint over a much darker color and due to the area the job did take 3 days, but I had expected it to take even longer. I was extremely please and the completed job was excellent. I'd highly recommend them.

Randy and his crew could not have been more professional. The work they performed was excellent, makes the house look great. I also appreciated the level of care they took as they completed the work. They took the time too clean the glass for the light fixtures that they painted. This is the second time we have used X'Press Yourself Painting, the first time they painted the entire interior of the house when we purchased it. Both times I was more than satisfied with the work that was performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any painting done.

Randy and his crew started at 8am and finished right at 5. They painted 4 rooms and were able to use every last drop of paint without having to charge me for more. He was reasonably priced and was able to email/call me to go over all details really quickly. Great job!

Randy was very responsive throughout the whole process, always got back to me right away, and he and his crew were very punctual. They did a great job painting all three rooms, and got behind large appliances (large fridge, washer and dryer) as well as in tight spots. We had painted our kitchen cabinets off-white about 6 months prior, and they did not get a drop of paint on them. There was a LOT of drywall dust in the kitchen and adjacent rooms due to the drywall repair they did, but I do know that they covered things up (or it would have been all over our black ceramic stovetop), and though it took me a while, the dust did clean up. That would be my only advice if you need drywall repair in conjunction with your painting job...either cover everything up and close off the room as much as possible yourself, or ask them to do so to the very best of their ability. That one thing, however, would not prevent me from hiring Randy again, as you're going to have dust when drywall is involved. I would use X'Press Yourself Painting in the future.

After reviewing multiple bids, we went with Randy and his 4-person Xpress Painting team and we are EXTREMELY glad we did! Randy and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Their bid was not quite the cheapest, but it was close, and we believe it was the best overall value available when quality, cost, and timing were all considered. We both made sure the proposal included all the key details in writing before a deposit was paid or the work began. They started the job on the exact day they said they would. They spent enough time on the all-important "prep" phase, and they used extra coats of paint when they thought it was necessary to make certain colors look their best. They said the job would take "up to 2 weeks." It ended up taking 2 weeks, and they happily worked a Saturday so they could finish up on time. Some of his crew were out on different days due to illness, so that's probably why it took the full 2 weeks. Randy stayed on top of things the whole time, and I never felt like the work was rushed at all. Also, I should mention that Randy is a friendly and polite guy who keeps a clean workspace and is easy to share the house with while he's there working. The same can be said about his crew. I can be rather picky. I notice and appreciate the details of a quality job, and that's exactly what Xpress delivered. No job is flawless, but this job was so close to perfect that I'm pleased every time I walk in my door! I recommend Xpress Painting for those who want a high quality interior painting job at a fair price. A+!

They were very professional, on time, quiet and very accommodating. There was a problem that was worked out in a fair manner, in fact, maybe too fair. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Randy and his team of three - four guys were professional, punctual, and customer-oriented. Randy is very personable, extremely easy to work with and talk to about the paint colors and desired work, and is very knowledgeable about paint, painting, and construction. They patched and filled all holes, sanded, and corrected imperfections in our walls. They moved all of the furniture and returned it to the original positions and cleaned up after the job was complete. They helped us take our blinds down and were generally helpful and understanding about the state of our temporary 'dishevel' when our rooms and house were in disarray. We moved breakables and knick-knacks from on top of furniture and shelves that could be at risk of breaking, but most furniture was moved "as is." The job was kept on schedule and within our budget. Two rooms required an extra coat or two; we thought the add-on cost for their time and paint was fair and reasonable. We are very happy to have selected X'press Painting, would definitely recommend them, and would call upon them again for this service.

I contacted Randy for an interior paint job estimate. After assessing the house, it was determined that I needed a painter that was cerfitied to paint lead based paint. Randy sent me an email apologizing and even found 2 possible contacts for me. Even though he did not do the work, I would recommend Randy on his professionalism alone.

I hired Xpress Yourself painting to paint my in-laws new home. Randy and his team were very professional and responsive. They completed the job in less time than expected. They were meticulous about covering floors and rugs prior to painting and were just as meticulous when it came to the clean-up. My mother-in-law pays close attention to the details, and even she had nothing but praise for the pride and professionalism demonstrated during the 3 day job. I painted during the summers throughout college and, although far from a professional, I know what a good paint job as opposed to a sub-par job. Randy's work in my house was nothing short of Outstanding!! One of the reasons I hired Randy was that he estimated he could remove all the wallpaper in the first floor of my house and get it painted with 2 coats, with a four man team, in a week's time. His price, from 4 quotes received, was second lowest (only a few hundred above the lowest), but the lowest priced vendor was going to take 2 weeks to get the job done - not happening! Randy was the obvious choice and I'm thrilled I selected him. He actually got the job done with three men (him, his brother Brandon & Mike), saving me money on wallpaper removal in the process. These guys worked non-stop from the moment they walked in the door until they left for the day. At the end of each day they would remove drop cloths and vacuum the floors to ensure my house was somewhat liveable. Randy's attention to detail and work ethic in performing my project was superb. Keep up the good work Randy, Brandon and Mike, you earned the this review from a pretty tough guy to please (according to my girlfriend).

First, let me explain that my wife and I have lived in our ranch style home with T1-11 siding for over 40 years. I have power washed and stained our home twice since we originally bought it. I thought I'd never find any contractor that would do as good a job as I've done in the past. But, I am getting older and my wife and son insisted that I hire someone to do it this time as they did not want me falling off a ladder and injuring myself. So, I first wrote up a short list of requirements that I provided to each contractor that came to look at the job and provide a bid. I contacted Randy Rummel, owner of Xpress Yourself Painting, and requested him to look at the job and provide a bid. Randy immediately set up a date and time to come our home. He came on the scheduled date and time. The moment I met Randy and showed him the job I knew he was very particular about his work and he was hungry for the job. Randy agreed to meet all my requirements if he was awarded the work. It was only a day or two and Randy provided me with a written bid which if I signed became a contract. He requested twenty percent down payment with the remainder to be paid when the work was complete. After reviewing the other bids it was clear to me that Randy was very competitive with his pricing and I chose Xpress Yourself Painting to do the job. I told Randy I was not in a big hurry so Randy said it would be sometime around the middle of August until he could get me in his schedule. On August 21, 2014 Randy and one of his employees showed up to power wash our home. Even with this task he went above and beyond the norm. He not only power washed my home but he noticed the cement stoop in the rear of the home and the side walk in front of the home needed to be power washed too. He took care of this without me asking him to do it. On August 25, 2014 Randy and two of his employees showed up to begin the staining process. I did require all stain to be applied by BRUSH only. Randy and his two employees worked all day and completed two thirds of the home. They were very careful to protect everything that should not get stained as well as protect the shrubs in the front of the home. On August 26, 2014 Randy and three of his employees showed up at our home to complete the job. By noon they were done. They cleaned up, reattached fixtures like lights, door bell, etc. As they were working I would periodically check on their progress and inspect what they were doing. At the end of the job, Randy requested that I inspect the home and let him know if I was satisfied. Well, bottom line is what would have taken me several weeks to do Randy and his team did in two days. And, I never thought I'd find anyone to do it as well as I did. I was wrong, Randy and his team exceeded all my expectations. I hope through my experience with Xpress Yourself Painting, others realize that there are good folks out there wanting desparately to please the customer at a fair price. It is going very well! They showed up when they said they would. Very respectful of my home. They are very personal and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, did not leave a mess or anything laying around. Very, very impressed.

Randy did an immaculate paint job. It was a challenge due to painting around lots of trim and crown molding. The paint job was flawless and I didn't see one mistake. We just had to let him know the colors and he went and picked up the paint, he moved the furniture and left no sign that he was even there to do the job. It was the best paint job I've ever seen. Great job and very reasonable price! He went above and beyond.
