Very well professional and great quality

The installer that came to our home was awesome! He got it all done in 1 day. I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend windows nation. From beginning to end, they did a stellar job. I’m very pleased with everything.

Everything was fine except after taking all shades, curtains down, moving furniture we received a call that someone was hurt and they could not come on the Saturday. we were finally rescheduled by Tuesday afternoon for the Friday after Thanksgiving. The installers we had were wonderful very clean and professional. Thank you. .

It was great, window nation did a quick and good job on my windows. I only got my downstairs windows done but I will come back to get the rest done with I get the money.

the install went rather well except for the one glaring problem - that your installers started to replace a window in my neighbors house! When I discovered it, the subcontractor doing the actual work had clearly realized he had done so and was working on repairing the problems he created. however, when I called up to him to be sure he know it was the WRONG house, his response was very rude as he clearly didn't want me to make a big deal about it. Later when I was asking him about the window install process (because I couldn't see any foam being used to seal the window space, he was rude again and proceeded to lecture me that he had been doing this for 14 years and that he was the expert, not me. Even though this was the same guy who had actually been removing one of my neighbors windows.

It want great. The crew was nice and cleaned everything up as they went. Windows are great and have already started saving us money.

Great they were very polite and efficient

From the day I first spoke to Brian N. to the time my windows were installed was a great experience. Brian gave me amazing service while purchasing. When it came to the install Mark, Steve, Steve and Austin were very professional, they did an amazing job and even worked around my vegetable garden to do minimum damage to it even thought it was in the way of the job they needed to complete.

It was good. I was disappointed that they didn’t wear masks in my home. And they wore their sneakers up the stairs in all my carpeted bedrooms. They didn’t wear coverings on their shoes at all. We don’t wear shoes in our house. I was really disappointed in that. They were really nice and did great work, but they didn’t speak any English. Another thing is we had just had our shutters painted. They took them off Anna didn’t have anything to put them back on with. We thank goodness had extra so we have them to them. But since no one told us they would have to take them off they are now a different color than our shutters. We also have a while in our one screen.

The technician who came out to my house on 7/30/20 was excellent. Please ensure he get's this feedback. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I cannot say enough good things about Window Nation. From the virtual quote to installation everything went smoothly. I never felt pressured and the associates provided the guidance needed to make an informed decision. Everyone at Window Nation is customer oriented, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I love my new windows!

Every thing went perfectly. From the initial contact with our salesperson, Jon Stupar, to the installation guys, Jason and Jim, they all did a great job. Our contact in the Service and Warranty Department, Lisa Erthal, has also been quite diligent in following up to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would strongly recommend Window Nation to anyone considering replacement windows.

They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. The staff was great to work with, they were prompt with their responses to any questions we had.

Contractors that showed up did not speak English so we had a communication issue from the beginning. Contacted the sales rep to ask a project manager stop by to help and 2 hours later was told he was unavailable because he was unloading product. Contractors showed up in a unmarked van as I was expecting Window Nation like I was told and their video shows. Disappointed the sales rep, project manager or someone from Window Nation didn't follow up personally after the installation was completed since I spent thousands of dollars. They rely on online surveys to give feedback, reps don't care about the deal they closed, it's just about getting the next sale, they could care less once you sign the contract.

The installers, Gjuy Foisy and Jose Padin were great; very pleasant and professional and totally cleaned up after themselves.

Window replacement went very well very professional..

One widow that was not replaced was damage by the installers The window they damaged is 331/2 by 163/8 half oval. They wanted $1179,00 dollars to replace the window they damage. What a ripoff. Do not trust these guys or their lousy installers.

It went better then I could have ever expected. The installation crew did an exceptional job. Installation went smoothly, they cleaned everything up and completed the job in one day.

Derrick & Rob did a excellent job on installing our new windows.They were very Pleasant and got the job done in a timely matter cleaned up all the stuff they were using.And Becky stopped by to check everything out and to make sure we were happy with their work. This company is an absolute unmitigated disaster. Our salesperson, Daniel Passarello, made promises about installation that weren't true (he promised us one day install and it took two days). When the installation team arrived to install our windows and door, they didn't have the screen door with them. I wasted two hours of my time producing paperwork to show them that we had in fact ordered a storm door. We were promised a "gift card" of unspecified value to make up for these problems, which we never received. The quality of the installation of our doors and windows has taken three service appointments to fix. I took a day off work today to ensure I was home when the latest service appointment. This appointment was scheduled two weeks ago, and I received a call this morning from Taylor Pakulla, who informed us that the door company, which is an outside company "that we don't have any control over," said they couldn't make the appointment because the part was not in. This shows that they do not stand behind the work of their subcontractors. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company for your home improvement. They are terrible.

Terry gave us a great price. We can’t believe how strong our new door is. It’s definitely a lot better than the Lowe’s and Home Depot doors we looked at. Installers were great. They were polite and cleaned up well. Thank you Window Nation for the great experience. I highly recommend you guys.

Great. The installers were very nice and very conscientious about the dogs on the property and not bothering them. One of the dogs was recovering from major surgery. I have no complaints about how they worked. The windows look great. I don't feel any drafts. The overnight condensation is minimal. Michael worked with me to set up the install and he was very nice and helpful.

The crew was very professional and worked hard. The job was estimated to take 2 days and they finished in one.
