I was able to schedule a repairman quickly. They arrived on time and quickly found the problem and fixed it. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this company. The price was very fair.

Never called me back with a quote for service

Communication is horrible. John came out, took our cover off and told us he'd be back the following weekend to shock the pool. Never heard from him. Called him a week later and he said he would look at his schedule and get me a date. Finally got a text that just had a date. I asked for a time so my husband or I could be there, again never heard back. They did show up once more, threw some chemicals in the pool and once again, we'll be back in a few days. Nothing, calling another pool company at this point.

Outstanding. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the area cleaned up better than before the work started.

The hot tub over heated and the 2 gate values melted which caused a major leak. John and Matt came out and replaced most of the pipes and gate values. The price they quoted me after their review of the situation was fare came close to the actual price. They said it would be about 1.5 to a 2 hour job and they did it in 1.5 hrs. So no surprises. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would use they again.

I found Stover's Pool and Spa on Angie's list and sent a message on Aug 4, 2014. John Stover responded that day via email and said that his scheduler, Kim, would call to arrange a date. She never called. So today, Sept. 8, I re-emailed John. He responded right away that he'd have a team out here today. The 3 men who came to do the job were so personable and pleasant. I was in a bad mood, because I have had multiple problems with my house over the last couple of weeks. They immediately lifted my spirits with their good humor and "get it done" attitudes. They used the electric leak detector first and found 5 small holes in the liner (I felt them, so I know for a fact that they were actual holes). Then one of the guys dived in, fixed my drain cover, then felt all along the bottom and sides of the pool. He found 4 more small holes. They affixed patches to all the holes and helped me to figure out what might be causing the holes. I still have investigation to do to determine the cause. I'm going to put Stover's Pool and Spa Service on speed dial. What a pleasant experience. Thanks.

No problems. The pump was replaced without incident.

John was very quick to respond to us. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes! The part that was needed was very expensive but that is not his fault, it is the spa maker's fault. John's services prices are way better than other well-known area companies. We appreciated his promptness, honesty, and fairness.

I contacted him and he was the only individual willing to do the work and/or who returned my call. He promptly set up an appointment for that same day to remove my filter and pump from my above-ground pool. I had previously prepped the rest of the closing myself. He was there less than 15 minutes. My daughter and I carried both the filter & pump to the garage. I appreciated his willingness to come out and perform the work, but I thought it was a little pricey. However, given that no one else on Angie's list returned my call, I was ok with paying his charges. I would rehire him, just for the mere fact that he was willing to work and was prompt.

I will continue to use his services in the future because he is a full "can do" person.

John seemed like a good guy and it was disappointing that I could not use him. He was trying to find me a factor second spa. I contacted him several times trying to obtain a list of seconds but never received information. I figured he was a one man show that was very busy so I contacted PDC Spa's directly. They shut down their facility for a week during the July 4th holiday? I did speak with them directly again trying to obtain a list of seconds with no information. I then emailed them thinking this may be easier for them to reply.... Still no response. Last attempt I called John again and he said he was still trying to get information from them but he had a relative in the construction business that could do the prep work and he would contact me later that day with more information. It has been three days since then. At this point I decided if this was the level of customer service when a customer wanted to spend money I cannot imagine what it would be like to get anything warranted. I ended buying a Spa from a different company and so far the process has been instantaneous and flawless
