Stover's Pool and Spa Service

I have so many good comments about the service. Professional, called me back or answered my questions prompty, showed up when they said they would, completed the repairs quickly and were very neat, clean and friendly. I was very pleased with results.

This is the second time I've used Stovers. They came fast and did not charge alot.

John responded quickly and repaired my spa the next day. He contacted me before replacing the part, and informed me of the total cost. I used to use Bob's Intowne Spa for repairs. Stover is my guy from now on.

Use John for all my spa repairs.

Mr Stover was fast, knowledgable and his price was very fair. I am very greatful for his prompt honest service.

Although the work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, we were unhappy with the way the work was quoted. We were quoted a price that was NOT what we paid. We had to pay a higher amount than was quoted to us. We would have liked to have been informed that the price would be different than the quote BEFORE the work was done. But other than that, the work was well done. I would just suggest they ensure the customer is notified when the price has to change.

Excellent! Crystal pools wanted to sell us a new hot tub and Stovers fixed it in less than a half hour!

Both men were very professional and worked hard around my schedule to get the job completed on time. The project was definitely a challenge and they stepped up and got it done for a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely use them again.
