I was unaware that they charge travel time which was 1 1/2 hours!I would not have hired them if I would have know. I asked what they charge and was only given their hourly rate. They are in New Cumberland so take that into consideration.

Got the job done when they said they would even under adverse condiyions,(ground water coming in behind liner)did a great job,left everything clean.Guys where personable and nice to be around.

repair got done even with a thunderstorm around, technician took a short break but got the job done.

Maybe it will end up being a good experience,but as of right now...they "fixed" my hot tub, and yet it's not fixed! Just tried it and it is still broken. I am hoping they will return and finish the work I already paid them for. We shall see.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful

The guys were friendly and professional. My hot tub has two motors and motor one that operates the auto function for the filtering system -and keeps it from freezing in winter -would not start on low, which prevented it from filtering at all and the tub would shut down. Instead of upsellling me for a new motor - they switched #2 for #1 motor and it is up and running again. Greatly appreciate them thinking outside the box to offer me an affordable solution.

The problem was resolved over the phone, no trip necessary at this time. They have done work for me in the past with great results, would recommend highly.

As before, the service was impeccable, quick and reasonably priced. The problem was not with the spa but with the electric line.

John called the very next day, and I immediately set up an appointment for a house call. He was able to diagnose the leak problem immediately, as well as the electrical issues I was having. John provided his phone number, and I was in touch with him when buying needed parts (which resulted in significant savings to me. This work was performed quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price!

I was very impressed with ability to get to the bottom of the issues and the fact that he stayed longer than the hour that I was billed for was a surprise to say the least. I was even able to talk to him by text at ten in the evening. I am waiting to see if he returns to correct the other issues I have with the tub,(he has been notified) I was overall impressed with the fact that he actualy worked ffor the entire time that he was here as opposed to the last guy from stewertstown that even showed up when I wasn't here and stayed all of 15 min. and billed me for the entire hour and did absoluely nothing and didn't even clean up his mess.

There field tech did a great job and went out of his way to fix me tob tub leak and check out other posible areas of concern. They have my recommendation. i will continue to work with them in the future. Best regards; Tom
