John returned my intitial call the same day and was on time for the appointment to checkout the issue with my tub. He fixed the tub in a very timely manner and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm extremely satisfied to have found someone that I deem trustworthy to work on my tub.

Quickest response I have ever seen, one of the best contractors if not the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in Central PA. Showed me what I needed and explained thourougly why I needed it, It is nice to see someone out there really taking pride in what they do, is knowledgeble in what they do and puts the customer number one. 5 Stars and highly reccommended! Called right away to schedule appt, came out next day and completed the repair. I didnt need to be there when it was being repaired, so after the repair was completed I received a call informing me it was completed and the amount that was due and that the invoice was in my mail slot. Very nice.

This is the second time I have used John for hot tub repair and as usual very prompt and thorough. We were unable to be home at time John was here, but we trusted him enough to be here on his own, even with offering him access to our home. Will use John again and highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of the services he provides.

I have been working for over three months to get this problem resolved. I have called numerous hot tub repair people who would not service my brand or would not travel to my location. Within 24 hours of my first discussion with Stover's, I had a person at my House, who was willing to work around my schedule, and had my Spa fixed within an hour of arriving. This individual also charged a fraction of what I had been quoted by other Repair organizations, who explained up front that they would charge a minimum amount with the likelihood that they could not help. Overall this was the most rewarding experience I have had with home repair.

Nice Guy ,explained problem, ordered part and did repair on 10/29/08. We have not got hot tub ready yet, however he said to call right away if we have trouble. I trust he really will be here asap! Much better price then larger companys.
