Description of Work: Added two rooms and remodeled entire interior of the house. The rooms added on are almost an inch higher than the main house. They damaged new kitchen cabinet doors while working in kitchen. Bamboo flooring was installed improperly. Didn't wipe down walls prior to painting therefore, all the walls have a grainy finish. The flooring in the two front bedrooms was damaged when they tried to clean it. They stripped the finish off with whatever chemical they were using. We had two outlets that don't work, a ceiling fan on the patio that doesn't work. The patio was never finished, we have stone on the lower half of the walls but nothing on the walls from the chair rail up. Tile work in bathrooms was not installed properly. Paint splatters on the floor. I could go on but, I think you got the picture by now.

Description of Work: Replacement of original deck, dating back to home's construction in 1988. 20x12 footprint, plus stair (over exposed basement). Due to outstanding pricing, we were able to do the job with PVC decking, vinyl railings, PVC skirt boards, and low-voltage post lighting--for less than the competition wanted for composite or wood decking. This was a complete reconstruction from the ground up. Mike and Darwin were outstanding to work with, and the quality of the materials and workmanship was first-rate. When their truck tires damaged a section of lawn one day, they committed to repairing the damage, and they followed through promptly and effectively. We are contacting them shortly to discuss a master bath update. I highly recommend Stoner Contracting.
