Description of Work: Helped me select jewelry. It wasn't busy and there seemed to be lots of staff in the store, but it took forever for the salesperson to wait on me. After finally waiting on me, she took her time and was very attentive, but I was a little frustrated that it did take so long. I was happy with my purchase in the end and would go back, prepared to wait.

They know their products extremely well, and they stand behind their products. Their appraisals are outstanding and you can get things repaired in there that you cannot get repaired anywhere else.

They are outstanding. They are a family own type business, and your satisfaction is their goal and until that is reached they don't consider the goal finished. Their pricing is very reasonable and their product is better than others.
