+ -1 moreI went in to morrow farrar jewelers to get my engagement ring tightened. They inspected my diamond thoroughly, and then informed me that the jeweler would be on vacation for the next five days. They also explained that they do everything in house, so all work would be done by this jeweler. Since the jeweler was about to go on vacation, they would try to get my ring done the same day. The associate took my ring back to the jeweler to see if it could be done that day. Within five minutes, she explained that my ring could be done the same day. We fill out the paperwork, and by the time the paperwork was done, the jeweler was back with my ring! The prongs had been tightened and the ring had been polished! We also looked at a watch while we were there. There was no pressure to purchase. They provided us with information regarding the watch and it's warranty and write the information down for us to review at our leisure. I think I have found my new jewelry store!
