Andrew responded immediately to my email. We spoke by phone and he was polite, enthusiastic about his work, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. His business is located at his home in a business neighborhood. His shop converted a garage and basement area with its own parking driveway business entrance. It was obvious from the equipment, pc and Mac machines, and layout that this is a professional. He quickly analyzed the problem and was able to locate specialized parts needed to get the computer running again. He was engaged and able to easily communicate with my somewhat shy daughter. He not only fixed her computer, he gave her some valuable career advice. The price was very reasonable if you compare his work to other repair businesses and I doubt if anyone local is as experienced and knowledgeable as Andrew is. We were so happy with the work, we paid him more than his charge. We would have had to spend thousands if Macs N PCs wasn't there to help my daughter.
Description of Work: My daughter has a very expensive, custom built PC that she needs for her graphic and art design work in which a power supply died. It also needed a new cooling fan on a board and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. (My daughter had been in a relationship in which there were three big, shedding dogs and three cats and was impossible to keep the computer separated.)
