They are good. The pool was very expensive. We had a new pump and a cover for it.
Description of Work: We use Goodall Pools to take care of our pool every year.

It didn't go well. The company does not allow the technician enough time at each stop to perform the services needed. My spa leaks more now than before I called Goodall. The first visit the technician came and we told him that the spa had been leaking in the back corner. He installed a new hose where there was a second leak in the front of the spa. We explained to him where the original leak was coming from but he didn't take the time or didn't have the time to look for the leak in that area. The second visit was to look, once again, for the origninal leak and find an electrical short. We had narrowed down the electrical problem so that it only took him five minutes to discover that the heater was the problem. He didn't have the heater with him, so he had to order it. The technician still didn't take the time to look for the original leak. The third visit was to install the heater and then immediately leave. Once again, he didn't take the time to look for the original leak, which was still leaking. The first visit we were charged $130.00 service fee. The second visit were weren't charged. The third visit we were charged for the heater and installation allow with another $130.00 service fee. When the technician came the first time, he said that his work was guaranteed. That meant if the reason he came was not fixed, we would not be charged a service fee on subsequent visits. Since the first visit was for the original leak which has still not been fixed, we don't feel that we should have been charged another service fee. The company feels differently. The bill will be paid, but I will not be using this company again.
Description of Work: A hose was installed to stop some leaking in the front of the spa. The tecnician had asked ahead of time for us to have the spa heated and running when he got here. While heating the spa, the leak in the front caused the heater to short out. The shorted out heater was diagnosed on the second visit. It was installed on the third visit. The orignal leak was never looked for.
