Description of Work: They cleared out the laundry room standpipe and floor drain line at my mother's house. I was very pleased with their fast response, providing a phone call alert when they were on their way, and with their fair and reasonable pricing.

Description of Work: The came on time and unclogged my sink. I had to call them back about 3 weeks later since the same thing was going on. They fixed it again and then told me what I needed to get done from there. I asked them when they could do it. He stated that his boss wanted me to find someone else because it was to far to come back. It was only about 20 minutes away. I was completely shocked that they didn't want to come back to fix it because they felt it was to far away. I have never had any issues with a company not want to come back for any reason let alone time.

Description of Work: Very satisfied with the work. On time, efficient, obviously professional, and cleaned up afterward. Gave me important info I didn't know about the job. Definitely will hire them again for plumbing work.

Description of Work: We were experiencing backup of water in our basement through the floor drain and had called another provider to open the drain 7 days before. A week later, sewage backed up from the same drain and the other provider was not available to return to our home. Drain Doctors was a second, desperate call. |We contacted them at 10:00 am, and by noon on a Saturday, they had arrived. They opened our drain, proved to us that it was opened, completely cleaned the basement with some bleach I had available, and provided an excellent explanation and recommendations on future direction for work, should it be required. |The receipt was detailed and the contractor was very concerned that we understood what was done and what wasn't. Two months later, the drained they opened for us remains open, but we will call them if we need future assistance of this type.

Description of Work: Drain Doctors replaced the main supply water line under my front yard and driveway with minimal digging. They pulled a completely new copper line instead of trying to find the leak in the existing line, which would have been a nightmare as the leak ended up being under my driveway. A+ job! Great guys. They worked very hard and got the job done without worry that another leak might appear soon. Thanks for the great work!

Description of Work: They came out within hours of my phone call to unclog my main drain. They were honest and friendly and made short work of my problem. A few days later my neighbor mentioned his drain was clogged and I gave him Drain Doctors phone number. They came out the very next day and cleared my neighbors drain. I would definitely call them again. They were very reasonable and thorough.
