I flew in on Friday, we met to go over my preferences on Saturday, and I made on offer on Sunday. She's been outstanding to work with keeping me informed throughout the purchase process from inspections to closing in the next 4 weeks!

I have nothing but positives to say about Debbi Loving. When initially researching a house on the internet and trying to set up an appointment to see the house, we received a call back from her within 60 seconds. Debbi was always accommodating with her time and flexible in scheduling appointments. She was there every step of the way answering all our questions but always allowed us to take the time to make our own decisions. There was zero pressure during the entire process. Debbi was excellent in negotiating as well. She was able to negotiate extras for us when we wrote the contract to sell our house. It allowed us to rent back our home at a reasonable rate until our new home was built. I would highly recommend Debbi as a real estate agent. My wife and I found her to be reliable, available, and trustworthy.

Deb took her time in getting to know our family and understood our likes and dislikes. She worked diligently to find us a home that matched our style, wish list, and price range. Aside from that, she is a kind, gracious, and considerate woman. After dealing with many realtors throughout our lifetime, she is over the top in accommodating our needs in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend her without any reservations whatsoever. She is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
