Description of Work: Century 21 assisted me in buying my home. Anytime I contacted them to show me a home, they worked with me and around my schedule to do so. After I purchased the home, I had a couple problems with the home and they eagerly assisted me in resolving the problems. They were extremely professional, punctual, and courteous. They went to great extents to make sure I was happy.

+ -1 moreThe salesperson I was dealing with initially was abruptly terminated and was replaced by one of the owner's sons. After that, the realtor seemed to loose interest in representing me as the seller, but more in trying to get me to accept a much lower price from investor-type buyers. I seldom heard from anyone at Century21, but finally sold the property as a result of a multi-list contact.
Description of Work: Listed my house for sale, put a sign in the front yard, and put the property on the regional multi-list.
