Capitol City Oil

I have used Capitol City Oil in the past for fuel oil deliveries and for furnace cleanings. The company was always average - they did nothing to ever go above and beyond". I called the office to schedule a furnace cleaning, which was scheduled two weeks out between the hours of 12:30 and 2:30 pm. On the day of the service, I left early from work early to meet the technician at my house. At 12:20 pm, my phone rang and it was the company. They informed me that they would not be able to make the appointment and that I need to reschedule. Keep in mind that I had already left work that day and was home waiting for the technician to arrive. When I asked why they waited until 10 minutes before my appointment to call, they stated that they "tried to call earlier but no one answered". Keep in mind, they also did not leave a message. I told them that their customer service was unacceptable and that they could come after 4pm or whenever their other job was done since I was already home for the day. The individual from the company responded and said "no problem, but it will cost you the after-hours price of $148/hour." Then he proceeded to tell me "Now, when would you like to reschedule." I told him that I would NOT be rescheduling. His response "No problem!" and hung up. So there it is, customer service at it's best. Fortunately for me, there are plenty of excellent companies out there who will get my business and my positive review.

It went very well, They will beat everyone prices, so they are very good company, and they deliver the oil as well. and they gave the oil to my aunt as well for the same price.
