+ -1 moreMatt is both professional and friendly. He took the time during the inspection to explain any items that he would be noted in the report and answered our questions and concerns. The report is detailed, easy to understand, and include plenty of photos for reference. We received the report within a day. As mentioned, this was the second time we have used BrickKicker services within a year. We relocated from out of state and purchased a new build condo with our daughter. Since we were out of state, our realtor selected BrickKicker to perform the inspection and couldn't have been more pleased. Matt's report was very thorough and noted little details that need attention. So when it came to purchasing our own home, there was no question who we wanted to do the inspection. I would highly recommend Matt if needing a home inspection.
