CANFIELD ELECTRIC

Don't be dismayed when Craig answers the phone and dos not give business greeting, or even sound interested in getting your job. He's kind of funny that way....perhaps it's just gentle shyness and easy nature. I was a little out off but when I directly asked him if he wanted to work he seemed genuinely surprised that I asked. After that all was great. Craig gave fairest bid of all the contractors we talked to, and was always on time for work. There have been a couple of quality issues but Craig has always been available to come back and replace the defective switches which were manufacturers fault, not his. I really like Craig and will continue to us him for our electrical needs.

Craig is great and I truly am glad we chose him for the work being done at our home. DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY HIS ODD PHONE BEHAVIOR! Craig does not answer the phone in a professional manner. No greeting like "hello, this is Craig with Canfield Electric." Each time I called I thought I had dialed wrong, and then once I cleared up his identity, it sounded as if he really did not care about coming out to see the project. PLEASE KNOW he is very sweet, and very laid back in his nature...and very soft spoken. Craig came out...always a few minutes early or exactly on time. He is quick to respond to each request and usually shows up the day after being asked which is incredible for an electrician. His work is good and we are very happy. Our project is not complete yet, but that is due to the company we hired for the main part of our remodel. Craig is punctual and his pricing is very fair. I highly recommend him.
