Tim was very professional and responded very quickly. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed the work in the time that he told me. I was very pleased with his service and the professionalism of his crew. I would definitely contact North Pittsburgh for any future HVAC service or installations.

Tim took a little longer than I would have expected to get me a quote, but other than that little hiccup, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. Having your HVAC system replaced unexpectedly is unpleasant and he made it about as nice as was humanly possible. Further down the road, when we had an issue with the thermostat (and it was -10 outside) he had a team out to see me (same day) to figure out the problem.

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and courteous. He immediately was able to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. He took the time to explain the system to me and provide recommendations for future care in an easy-to-understand fashion. He also was able to come to the house the very next day, which was excellent as i didn't have to wait to have the problem fixed, and he arrived after 5:30, per my request, so that i did not have to take vacation time from work. I would highly recommend North Pittsburgh Heating and Cooling.

He was willing to come out several times. He fixed the problem and really did it at a great price. Came out on a Saturday and Sunday and didn't charge any differently. He also would have came back that day if we really needed it and offered 4 electric heaters so we wouldn't freeze.

Professional! Super customer-oriented service! My furnace stopped working in the day of -15F. Tim managed to come the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the furnace back to work with a very reasonable price.

Tim was quick getting us a quote and very fast to install our furnace once we decided to hire him. Very responsive, we needed service during the recent heat wave, North Pgh really helped, able to get our very old system working to buy us some time- then we decided to replace the whole system, Heat pump & Air handler.
