Description of Work: When we went to purchase our house, the home inspector nearly stepped through our living room roof. We received quotes from a couple of companies and hired Mr. Zillweger. My husband appreciated his honest approach. The work was well done and came with a guarantee. As it happens, we had a leak and true to his word, Mr. Zillweger came back out. It turns out that it was not the roof, but the chimney that was leaking. However, we appreciated that he came back out and checked the flashing around the chimney. He also recommended someone to fix the chimney.

+ -1 moreHe was very prompt in returning my call and came out to do an estimate. My husband was impressed with his knowledge and liked him. The estimate he provided was very reasonable. There was a little bit of phone tag before we were able to schedule the work, which he ended up getting done sooner than we expected due to a cancellation. The crew was punctual and started right in on the project. They were efficient and professional. When the roof was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up. I think my deck may have been cleaner when they left. I would highly recommend Zillweger Contracting and would consider them again for future projects.
Description of Work: We had the roof over our living room replaced. Also the flashing around the chimney was replaced.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was really good. Our chimney is so high, and the regular chimney person could not do it. The guy who came to us has a very good team. They got up and done things really quick.

I am very pleased and I would recommend him. He did a very professional job and left the place clean. The roofing was good. There were no problems whatsoever. I had another bid that was $100 less. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey were professional from beginning to end. They showed up on time, did quality work with excellent craftsmanship, and were professional and easy to deal with. They cleaned up the site after each day. Great attention to detail - they replaced rotted wood and did a great job with the peaked venting. My roof looks great - it went from the worst on the street to the best. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced the roof on the house and garage. Removed old gutter and installed new seamless ones.
