Description of Work: Trimmed and shaped an overgrown and very tall and dense shrub. All by hand, all cleaned up meticulously.

Description of Work: Filled holes dug in the lawn for a water runoff holding tank, seeded and fertilized. |Offered "power raking" and reseeding where needed on the rest of the 1/2 acre. Fertilizer was poured on too thick in some spots and not at all in others. This left several "dead" spots in the lawn. I called and asked him to come back out. He sent a crew a couple of weeks later to reseed the spots. I could take all summer for the lawn to recover. | |The power raking and reseeding was done on time and material - don't do that with this vendor. Make sure you get a written estimate.
