He could not get my rear deck lid off to do the rear window properly. It has many scratches and bubbles in it. I thought the side windows looked good originally. After about a week I noticed the rubber grommet that the windows seal in was pulled out on the rear driver side door. It was to cover the poorly cut tint that was about 1/2 inch short of covering the window. He pulled the rubber out to cover it on my brand new car. Also on my drivers door he scratched the interior door plastic with a screw driver pretty deep when removing the inner door. And the lasts thing that upset me was he never reassembled the rear plastic that covers the sides by the rear deck lid. After he could not figure out how it came off he put it back together very poorly. I had to spend 30 min fizzing it.

The guy was very easy to deal with. He was very friendly. He has a really clean shop. When I drove in, he was able to take me in right away. It was great.
