We believe Rainsoft equipment is unsatisfactory because we have had numerous problems with the system since it was installed. We would never purchase Rainsoft again. Lou Negley began servicing all Rainsoft accounts and has done a credible job maintaining the equipment.
Description of Work: Worked on Rainsoft water softener. They reset the water softener, replaced the battery and filled the salt bin. They also replaced a valve.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PUNCTUAL EACH MONTH. THE COST IS JUST $4.75 PER 5 GALLON BOTTLE. THEY ALSO LEASE THE COOLER TO US. SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: MONTHLY DELIVERY OF BOTTLED WATER TO OUR HOUSE.
