Description of Work: James has installed recessed lighting, fixed plumbing, done drywall work, anchored heavy items to the wall, unfrozen pipes, fixed holes in the wall, hung tv's, built a platform for washer & dryers, fixed an alarm system, changed faucets, and probably another dozen things in my house
