I wouldn't recommend them. They were going to fix something and then they said they had to get the part. And then the part was wrong and then they said it would cost too much to replace it. I spent like four weeks playing around and nothing was done. They had fast service, but there was no service! I don't think they knew what they were doing. I would not use them again.

I am writing to dispute some of [member name removed] claims against us. We were dispatched on 1/12/2013 to [member name removed]’ home for service on 1/15/2013. At that time our technicians ran tests on the washing machine in question from 12:10 pm to 1:00pm. The machine passed all the tests. We told the customer that we did not find anything wrong with the unit, however the problem she was having sounded like it could be the motor and control board. We told her to call us if she continued to have a problem. She called us back on 1/22/2013 and told us the washer was doing it again and never really stopped. We set up another service call for her on 1/25/2013 in which we ordered a motor and control board. When we arrived at the customer’s home on 1/25/2013 we started to replace the motor and control board and noticed the manufacture sent us the wrong control board. The correct part number was on the box with the wrong part inside. We told the customer what happened. A few days later she told us she was just going to buy a new washer. I would also like to add the customer was never charged for the second trip because of our 30 day guarantee on service calls. We also paid for the parts that the customer needed after she cancelled and the manufacture would not return them. Each time we were asked to come to the home we were there with in two days. We attempt to please all our customers. It is unfortunate that the manufacture made the mistake on the part and we are receiving the blame.
