FURNITURE GALLERIES

I wanted to get a curio cabinet for my living room. I looked at many antique stores, thrift stores, and furniture stores. I went to furniture galleries one day but only saw one curio cabinet on the floor. They were closing but someone told me to look online as they have many you can order. I did and saw about 8 that I liked. I called and spoke with Shelley Wolfe. She was fantastic and a great help. The website does not have prices, so I gave her the numbers of all the cabinets I liked along with my email address. She also gave me information and feedback on the quality and features of the cabinets as we talked about them. Within a couple of hours she had emailed me all the prices with discounts. I called back again with a few more questions and she was again very nice, courteous, and helpful and even discounted a couple of the cabinets further since there was a sale coming up. Unfortunately, despite all her help and effort the prices were still out of my budget so I did not end up purchasing one. That is why I wanted to let people know that in my case, talking over the phone/email a lot of sales people would have ignored me or put in the least amount of effort to help me. Shelley Wolfe did not and because of that - since I am also in the market for a new couch, I will definitely be returning to Furniture Galleries.
