Description of Work: I was having trouble with Smokey wandering off the property occasionally. It did not seem that his remote collar was working consistently. Liz spent time explaining how I could test the collar and sent a new unit overnight to us. It was covered under warranty (lifetime) so it did not cost me anything. Since receiving the new transmitter, Smokey now spends all his time in his own yard. Thanks Liz!

Description of Work: My fencing system was not working. They came out, assessed the situation, and lent me loaner collars until the right parts were in.

 + -1 moreJACK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, AND THOROUGH. HE TOOK THE TIME TO WORK WITH OUR DOG ONCE THE FENCE WAS INSTALLED AND EVEN CAME BACK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN ELECTRIC FENCE INSTALLED IN OUR YARD. JACK ALSO WORKED WITH OUR DIG AND TAUGHT HIM HIS BOUNDARIES.
