Description of Work: My wash machine wasn't working. I called an appliance service and they couldn't get out for 2 days, and I had a load of wet clothes in the machine! I called and the gentleman was out within a few hours, looked at the machine and fixed it. I would use him again for any of my appliances!

Description of Work: Duane answered my call the first time, diagnosed the problem (bad heating element on our refrigerator), spoke with our home warranty agent, and repaired it within a few hours. I'm glad I read the reviews and chose him. He will be my first call should something like this occur with an appliance or any other heating/air conditioning type issue.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaking water underneath it and I did not know why. I called Dwayne Saturday morning to see if you reveal to come and take a look at it I figured it would be next week. He asked if I was available That same day and gave me a time when he would be roughly there to look at the refrigerator. He came, problem fixed it quickly was very professional. Nice gentleman. I do not know how much something like this should cost so I cannot comment on the price but for an issue that I was able to get fixed in roughly an hour I am pleased.

Description of Work: Within 2 hrs of placing the call Duane called me back asking for the make and model of the refridgerator .What the problem was. He arrived with the replacement parts in hand,fixed the fault and was on his way, leaving a happy client in his wake.
