Duane responded right away after sending him a message. He came out that day and diagnosed the issue. He ordered the part and a couple of days later replaced it and now the dishwasher is back in business.

We had two separate issues as noted above: Our Samsung dishwasher had an issue with the touchpad, he is taking care of and very responsive. Stays in contact with my wife with updates on the parts we are waiting on. We have rental unit that the clothes drier quite working and I texted him and he responded on a Friday afternoon. Texted him of my situation at 2:32pm and he was done with the repairs by 4:30pm the same day. Very professional and certainly a hard worker that takes care of customers.

Dave did a great job at a reasonable price but was never on time and took over a week to get the part in.

Duane was fantastic! I called and he came out the same day. He found the problem immediately, the dryer was fixed and the charge was appropriate. The whole process took less than an hour. I am sure if I would have called a "factory" technician, I would have been charged ALOT more. Thanks Duane! I will call you again.

Duane fixed my issue with my oven and now it works perfectly. I also had him check my dishwasher to see why the arms aren’t working and spraying. The motor/pump died and he said it would be cheaper for me in the long run to replace the dishwasher. Duane called me within a few hours after I sent my request. He was on time for the appointment and was very polite & friendly. I will definitely use Duane again!

Great! Very pleased! Our clothes dryer that was only 2 years old broke over the weekend and I called DMG Monday morning. Duane quickly returned our call and explained he was finishing a job and would fit us in that day. He came on time that afternoon and was very polite and helpful. He was able to fix the dryer in under an hour. We will call him first for any issues with ANY appliances.

i contacted duane through angie's list he gave me an estimate over the phone, he ordered the part came out and installed it when it came in. very professional and friendly.

Called once in September and again on November 4, 2016. Both times I left a detailed message regarding why I was calling. I stated exactly what the problem was with my stove and the model number of the appliance, thinking that would be helpful in providing an estimate of the cost to repair the stove.The gentleman's voicemail states his name so I know that I was calling the correct person. I've had no response to either of my calls and have since had the stove repaired by someone else.

D was prompt and responded to my calls and text promptly , he could not figure out what was wrong with my washer (even after changing a part , it did not work ) but was honest about his lack of progress and advised me to buy a new washer . He will use this washer as a lab experiment to see if he can figure this out for future reference. Appreciate his honesty and his advice as to the use of the washer and the brand of washer to buy

Duane was great! He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and most importantly was honest. Our washing machine started leaking after we moved. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part, and fixed it quickly after it arrived. He responds promptly to texts, calls, and messages via angies list. We would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.

Everything went great! We also needed to change a filter in our humidifier which was leaking. Duane corrected the leak and replaced the filter which was over due for a new one. Good and efficient service. Will call again if we have any similar issues (but hopefully not).

Told us about the problem and checked the washing machine thoroughly. Finally gave us some good suggestions. Washer was working properly. We were really impressed with Duane's knowledge. He seemed to be really knowledgeable about washers in general. He arrived on time as promised. The thing I was most impressed with was how responsive he was. Contacted him many times and got a response real quick. He even provided some trouble shooting steps on the phone to rule out obvious problems.

I called Duane on the 23rd of December when I realized that my gas oven was not lighting. Duane got back to me that same day, squeezed me into his already too busy schedule and was at my house in less than two hours. Duane cleaned the part that was causing the problem and I was back to baking in less than a half an hour. This is the third time that we have had to use Duane's services, and each time he was prompt, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I clearly have an oven with a problem, and I'm very glad that I've found Duane to help me keep it running. I recommend Duane's service with absolutely no reservations.......we are always very happy with his work!

My mom's dishwasher machine broke while all her kids' families were in town for Christmas. Duane was able to come out same day and fix the problem. He was great and very professional. Price was very reasonable and he gives 5% off Angie's List members .

When I first contacted DMG and explained the problem, he gave me a few things to try on my own to see if I could avoid a service call. I was impressed - most people just come out and charge me for something simple I could have done if I had only known. Unfortunately, the simple fixes didn't correct the problem and I called him again asking him to come out. After coming out, he decided he needed to replace a few parts. Unfortunately after the new parts were installed, we had the same problem and it looked as if my dishwasher needed to be replaced. DMG was not satisfied with the dishwasher still not working properly and contacted me the next day to ask if he could try one more fix he had found while researching the problem -- free of charge. I was impressed that he didn't give up but spent time and went the extra mile and tried to see if there was any other possible thing we could do. After all, he did replace parts and was fully paid. He could have just been done with the situation. He came back out and was able to fix the machine. I would definitely use him again - he is honest and hardworking. I know if I call him I will get an honest assessment and be charged fairly.
