The staff was nice , the prices was affordable and I was pleased. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for great services .

First of all I'd like to clarify that the date is approximate to the best of my memory, however it was in that general time frame. We had this service in our new home that we moved into when the original owner had the company (Connie) and were so completely pleased with the complete and thorough service that we received from Connie and her brother, who assisted her. I could not have been more happy with their work and felt confident in scheduling services with them again. When I called I was told that Connie no longer had the service but another individual Dezerea had taken it over and she assured me that she would provide the same quality service and had retained the same insurance and so therefore I went ahead and scheduled to have the cleaning performed as described above. They arrived on time, she brought an assistant with her, I paid them and left. When I returned the next day I was not happy with the job which was to include thorough cleaning of cupboards and shelves, finding crumbs on the pantry shells, the carpet in the pantry had not been vacuumed at all, the kitchen shelves in the cupboards had not been cleaned. Floors were minimally acceptable. Just generally a very mediocre job, especially having previously received such exceptional services from Connie and her brother. I called Dezerea and she was very rude, went on to explain to me some personal problems that she was having in her life but did agree to complete the things that I had pointed out. They did make an attempt, it was not satisfactory but I decided due to the unprofessional response and hostility that followed my complaint to let it go and finish it myself. I filed a complaint with the BBB and it went on record but was unresolved. I did receive a few phone calls from Dezerea, all with basically the same outcome and hostility. Finally I received a phone call from her saying that she had moved out of state. Soooo....if she is still advertising services here I am unsure of what her status is. I will never use them again and have told anyone that I know who is contemplating services of my experience. I hope this helps for those of you of are considering using their service.

We are satisfied. There a a few minor things, but overall a good experience. I would recommend this company to a friend.
