+ 0 moreSince we heat with wood, we said yes. He dumped rotten wood that could not be used. My husband called. The owner was rude, belligerent, unprofessional, and down right nasty. He said he was doing us a favor. Rotten wood is no favor. As long as the wood was useable the arrangement did benefit both of us. We are in the process of legal action. Steer clear of this company.
Description of Work: Borty ask if he could dump wood from local jobs.

Description of Work: they were hired to trim 23 trees |they trimmed all- Oak trees died- I lost 9 mature Oaks |when confronted they denied responsibility |I had to take legal action to get the cost of removal |I lost $30,000 worth of trees | | |

+ -1 moreThe gentleman from Borty's returned my call and rudely accused me of getting an estimate for work to be done last fall and did not use them. He said that for people that play the "bidding game" he was not available until September. He said he does not play the bidding game where he bids and does not get the job. We have no recollection of getting a bid from him last fall, but even if we did, it was unnecessary for him to be rude and unprofessional. Tree services usually bid for jobs to be done. We will NEVER call this company again and would not recommend these people ever.
Description of Work: I contacted this provider for an estimate on tree removal and tree trimming.
