+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job and much better than we ever expected. Considering the prior owner had a small dog who had left the carpet stained and odored in places. We didn’t think the smell would completely come out. It’s been almost a year since the cleaning and still no odors. The stains haven’t reappeared either. I’m going to be using this company again soon and plan on only scheduling with them for carpet cleaning. They’re also very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: We needed to have our carpets cleaned before moving into our new home last summer.

Bill was very friendly, professional, and responsive when I contacted him; he quoted a fair price and did a fantastic job. There was one large stain in particular that I was very concerned about, but he was able to get it out and the carpets look terrific. I would highly recommend Bill and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!
Description of Work: I hired Bill to clean the carpets prior to putting my father's house on the market.

+ -1 moreCertain areas of the carpet were sopping wet, even 4-5 hrs after cleaning was finished. We have had a dehumidifier and a fan running since they left, also . We are now using a wet/dry vac and got at least 3 cups of dirty water up. Still vacuuming. Next time, I think I would try to find a different technique so the carpet is not so wet. I didn't watch them do the job.
Description of Work: Had carpet steam cleaned, living room, hall and 3 bedrooms, hoping to make the pile stand up a little more in high traffic areas.

+ -1 moreI have been with them for a long time and I never had a problem with them. I also had a very good personal experience with them and I do recommend them because they are very thorough, professional and they have performed are very good services.
Description of Work: I used Bill's Interior Grooming for fixing and arranging stuffs on the wall, the curtains and the carpets. I was actually referred to them and since then, I have been using them for almost 20 years.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. I have used them at least four times over the past ten years. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. They were very careful with my furniture. I think their price is very economical and it is a good product for the money. They saved my carpets for at least another eight years till I am able to get new one.
